I live by this location. I only go hear when I dont want to cook. Only one person per shift normally speaks english. Everytime i... go here my order is wrong. They charge for for two egg bagels but only put one egg in it. Today was the last straw i had specialinstructions for allergies and they didnt follow them. They also didnt put bacon in either of my sandwiches I will never go backhere. I hope the franchise manager sees this. You are not doing your job! update. Went here again to see of it improved. I have always been a big fan of Einstein Brothers. This was an enormous disappointment. First, the restaurant was filthy. Tables... weren't bussed and there were food scraps on the floor. Second, they never asked about which bagel I wanted on my sandwich orhow I wanted it prepared. Third, I ordered the "meal" which entitled me to a side. After they handed me my order, I inquiredabout the side. They told me that I only had ONE CHOICE, a single bag of potato chips on the shelf. No other bags. No otherchoices. I went to place an order through their app and apparently the store doesn't accept orders 30 minutes prior to closing. No order... was placed, but they decided to FRAUDULANTLY take $32.25 from me. Please refund my credit card that you took the money from. Inever got the order, you closed 30 minutes early. Please resolve or I report fraud. I tried contacting the business, they askedfor all my information and then decided to never respond back. I tried reporting this business to BBB and they aren't evenacredited business. Read more

At this location, they did not make my sandwich the way I requested it be made. The person who took my order did not inform the... cook, although I was clear about it. I asked for my bagel to be toasted with the cheese melted on my chicken sandwich. When Iasked and showed that it was not toasted nor was the cheese melted, they lied and said it was and would not redo it. It wasobvious the cheese was still cold and the bagels were not toasted at all when I showed it to them, opening up the sandwich sothey could see.
