Customer service is horrible at this location. Nobody greeted us when we walked in. Everyone looked in our direction ,when... somebody finally came to the register I had to say? hello? and she just stood there and looked. When I said no tomatoes on myfood , she said , ? it Dosnt come with tomatoes , I said ? I know but my last visit my tacos accidentally had tomatoes, myhusband said, ? my wife is allergic? she said , nothing just a blank look. Food is great, but every time I come here they mess up my order and they are never busy lol. I paid for guacamole and chips, got... no chips. I ordered Double Chicken tostada with No rice, they gave me extra rice and no beans with 4 small pieces of chicken. Read more
As usual, the meat was dry and looked like they snacked on it before putting it on my plate. This is my last time coming to this... chain. Always dry ovrecooked meat. Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered small chicken tortilla soup, 1 breast, 2 avocados. Rigoberto took my order, very helpful and poured my soup. Perfect... balance of vegetable & chicken, great seasoning, lemon included. Will be back for more! My only concern is how hot the soup is. Read more
I have never eaten at one but finally did yesterday. It was so delicious! Had to go up there for an eye appointment have to go... again and I want to go right back over there. The guy at the register was super nice, but the food was out of sight! We couldsure use one of these in my town big time. Read more
The order was not complete when arrived home. One dish was missing, one water bottle and a side. I called to complain and noone... answered. They sent me a link to add a complain but there was no money return or the missing dishes... I frequent this El Pollo Loco by their drive up window. I decided to go inside to provide a real-time experience and see who... fixes my food. The employees always wear plastic gloves whenever they make an order. Annalese Fisher is the bright spot at thislocation Below is my review after mainly taking advantage of the drive up window: DRIVEUP WINDOW: This location is fast andvery active at getting your food to you. Generally speaking the driveup experince is AWESOME. Here is a suggestion: I have hadto often request napkins, yes they often don?t place them in the carry our bag. INSIDE EXPERIENCE: I ordered a veggie burritowithout meat. The shift supervisor adapted without a glitch but charged me for the meat even though I stripped the burrito. Iwalked into the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was very clean. The place was empty at 3:34pm on Saturday. Overall,the inside was clean and organized. One of the employee was on their cell and other were standing around waiting for guest toarrive. Here is some feedback: 1. The lead did not say Hi, welcome to El Pollo Loco nor did she say, thanks, see you next time!(She actually handed me my bag turn her back and walked away) Maybe she was too busy, maybe she forgot. I really did not mind,there are customers who might not get a good vibe about the behavior and not return. 2. The stainless steel is very soiled andneeds polishing. The front cooking grill stainless steel has oils runs from chicken fat. I did wonder if it was cleaned but itmight be offensive to others who might think the place is soiled. 3. The floors had mopping streaks due to a residue on thefloor. It?s possible to remove with rinsing out the mop and changing out the water in the bucket. The above 3 items are fixableand I still would recommend eating here to anyone, overall it?s clean and the staff are willing to serve your eating needs. Read more
We moved away 15 years ago and finally remembered Pollo as one of our favorite places. It was a crushing disappointment to... discover our local Taco Cabana is better.
