First off, Dennis the bartender is excellent and always has been a highlight of my visits. From a long time customer to someone... who now rarely comes I am blown away that some of these high end steak houses who used to have great happy hours refuse to bringthem back. This placed used to be packed, vibrant, fun, and lively when they opened at 4 and I was shocked to see that there wasabsolutely no one there yesterday when I showed up at 4:30. Why are you punishing your customers by not bringing a happy hourback? It clearly isn't good for business. Plenty of other places brought back happy hours and I will continue to visit thoseplaces and give them my business. It's not like I only do happy hour, I also do full meals and bring people with me to greatestablishments that deserve it and treat their patrons right. But if you refuse to bring back a happy hour and punish your loyalcustomers you get what you deserve. Why I had to ask if they serve a burger still and it's not on the menu is beyond me becausethat burger is absolutely delicious. Definitely not complaining about the food, my complaint here is about the fact that theyrefuse to bring back a happy hour. I know for a fact I am not the only one who feels this way. Came here for dinner with my girl and took advantage of their Two for Tuesday offer. This is a three course meal including... salads, your choice of either a tomahawk steak or New York strip and Filet Minon, two sides, and desserts. Let me tell you, theexperience was amazing. Our server, Julian, was attentive and polite and made sure we were taken care of. I had the OldFashioned as a drink and my girl had the Sicilian Cup. Both were delicious. For our salads we both went with the Ceasar, whichcomes with crispy prosciutto for a little crunch. This was followed by the Tomahawk steak cooked to a perfect medium withFlemings potatoes and creamed spinach as our sides. For dessert we ended with a chocolate lava cake for her and a strawberrycheesecake for me. This was a wonderful dinner for a datenight and we both cannot recommend it enough. First off, the staff here are awesome! Everyone from the hosts to the servers and our waitress Nancy were 10/10. One of our... steaks was slightly undercooked and they went over and beyond to make it right. First, they prepared a new steak AND took itoff our bill. A man who I assume was the manager also came over to apologize. We were in no way angry but really appreciated howmuch they cared. The newly cooked steak was perfect. The bone in rib-eye was amazing. Salad wise, the wedge salad was the bestI’ve had! Nancy our waitress was super friendly and on top of everything. She ensured everything was perfect. Since it was ourfirst time here, she also gave us a lava cake, free of charge! Funny thing, the lava cake apparently broke while we were waitingso she gave us some super good dark chocolate candies while we waited. Overall, our experience at this Fleming’s PrimeSteakhouse was amazing. So much better than other steak houses at this price point. Yes, it’s pricey food but the attention todetail here is on point. My wife & I attended on Sunday the 5th to celebrate our anniversary. We have tried the other locations in town & even though we... recently moved we continue to dine at the Pima restaurant. We find that the layout is more intimate, quieter & there are greatoptions in walking distance for a nite cap after dinner if we want. The service had always been excellent, we had Nancy lastnight & she gave great suggestions. The food top notch, perfect as always.
