You know its good when you order to go and finish it standing over the counter because you couldn't wait to eat it. I have had... the make your own bowl, fried Mac and cheese, and the grilled cheese. All have tasted amazing! I went during dinner rush andthey got the food out to me fast still. It was a good experience! The customer service was exceptional! They were so nice and helpful. Don?t go for the basics. It you... like tangy Buffalo with blue cheese, go for it! I?m giving this one a 5 based just off the customer service which was really amazing (they?re all super nice)! However, this... place is definitely made to be ordered on DoorDash or something as a quirky snack. It?s not really a satisfying real full mealor even somewhere you can sit and have a nice date (the inside is tiny and not meant for a nice sit down meal). I do like thatthere is definitely something for everyone though, I really appreciate that they have vegan cheese and meat, but I think $3extra for beyond meat is a little crazy. Beyond meat is around the same price as steak and pork, but those weren?t extra ontheir menu :/. Overall, it?s good but nothing super life changing. I have not yet eaten here, but, when someone swerves in and out of traffic, cuts people off, runs a red light, and is just a... continual a$$hole driver while advertising the business and with a student driver sticker on the back. Shows the type of peoplethat run or work there, and not something that I want to encourage. Think about the way you drive while advertising yourbusiness. I appreciate the response from management. I did adjust the review but it does reflect the business itself, so Ibelieve it still stands. This was an adult in the car not a "young" driver. We were very excited to find this place! Unfortunately the service and consequent the food was extremely disappointing. There... were 4 young men working there that didn?t seem to know what they were doing or even care. They were either in the back orsitting outside hanging out with each other, leaving the restaurant empty with only customers there, rather than being in therestaurant taking care of the customers. The tables and entire open kitchen area was a mess and filthy. There was a black hairin our food that they didn?t seem to care about when we showed them. They behaved like a bunch of boys came in with theirstreet clothes on, were high and we?re only interested in hanging out with their friends and as a result the food and servicesuffered dramatically. I would normally not say anything about this however as a business owner if my business was being runlike this I would absolutely want to know. This is the only reason that I am writing this review. I?m only in town for a few days and decided to try out this Mac&Cheese spot close to my office for lunch. It was beyond my... expectations. I went with a signature Mac&Cheese bowl but you can build your own with various proteins, veggies and cheeses tochoose from. I was impressed by the portion size and am glad I didn?t upgrade to a combo (though I was definitely eyeing thecheesecake bites!). All in all, it?s a great spot with a great atmosphere. My girlfriends and I met up to try this new mac and cheese place and let me tell you...it did NOT disappoint!! AMAZING and we... will definitely be back! Create your own mac and cheese bowl OR grilled cheese sandwich! Perfect for all - there are meat,veggie, and vegan options! My bowl was the classic mac, and I added broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, jalapeños, and bacon!don?t forget to get the cookies! Food was fresh, hot, and yummy!
