Poor service from Andrew. But Brandon the delivery driver did a great job. Had to ask for Andrew's name 4 times over the phone.... On time he told me he was Jim John's. Lol. I don't think so. I have ordered from this specific location many times trying togive them a second chance, but there has been an error on ever single order. I'm writing to corporate, maybe they can help thestores customer service a bit. Read more

Don't know about the delivery issues as I ate in. It was decent for Jimmy Johns. Nothing spectacular, but relatively fast. They... amount of ingredients seemed more generous than other JJs, so that was nice. However, the construction of the sandwich was supersloppy, which accounted for speed I guess, so some training on that count wouldn't go amiss. Lot of employees in the kitchen,and some seemed to be a bit superfluous. Unless they were being trained, and we're watching, it seemed pointless. (And if do,then someone that can construct a tighter sandwich should be doing the training.) Dining room a bit messy, which could beimproved. Really 3.5 stars would be a better measure of this establishment. [Edit 2/20/2019] Had an issue with refrigeration, sowas down to zero stars, and smelled like death. Now new personnel and renovation promise better, but wouldn't give it more than3 stars now. Read more
Where is the fast service?! This is the second time. The first one did not have any veggies that I asked for, just a thin layer... of lettuce. I received a gift card and I am finally ordering again and now, it's almost an hour later. Ridiculous!
