Enjoyable this modern Mexican cuisine. I still missed the authentic style as some twist to its the usual pull pork quesadillas... but served slow braised pork instead ! The lobster tacos which you won’t typically find it in local Mexican restaurants isgreat. The mushroom Sopes is yummy as it has blended with some levels of spiciness! The wine selection are rawly good atreasonable price. Something puzzle me was when we called to book at 7pm , told no seat available but 730pm. We are staying at the Fairmont for work. Decided to try the La Hacienda. A very short walk to the other side of the convention... center. It was a beautiful night. We didn’t have a reservation so we were seated outside which was perfect! Such a beautifulevening. Our waiter Alfonzo was just great! He was attentive and we didn’t wait on anything. We had the table sideguacamole-so good. And we split the Carnitas Hacienda dinner. So much food. And every single thing was amazing. We got to godrinks for our room and left feeling excited about returning! Great job La Hacienda! We will be back this week for flamingcoffees and dessert! Can’t wait! Read more

La Hacienda is by far the best restaurant at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. We have tried the other restaurants, but this one... is the best. Great place to eat before many of their events on the grounds or a great place to meet up with friends fordrinks! Always always get shrimp enchiladas, and they never disappoint. When I tell you this is the best fine wine and dine experience I've had. It was bomb. The drinks were perfectly mixed, the food... provided fulfilling flavors that satisfy your taste buds on every level sending you into euphoria. I was impressed. The atmosphere was subdued lighting, romantic. They offer tequila flights in order to taste excellent ones. We highly enjoyed... the carnitas and chocolate flan. Our server, Orlando, was excellent. The blood orange margarita is a great choice from the norm. We highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
