10/8 We had our first experience here last night. Our staff was amazing, our waiter was very polite, and helpful. My spouse... ordered Wagyu steak and lobster tail. Toward the end of his dinner I tried a bite of the lobster and felt it tasted off and didnot like it. We shared our sides, we had the mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and button mushrooms which were all very wellprepared. Our dessert was perfect. However, I had slight stomach pains immediately following dinner, and my spouse was nauseasall night, followed by emesis at 2:30am. He was fine prior to dinner. We purchased a hotel for the night across the way, andneedless to say it has been a horrible and uncomfortable night with neither of us sleeping. For the amount of money we spent onthe night over $600, I am truly disappointed that he got food poisoning. We will not be returning to this establishment in thefuture. 10/10 Follow-Up: Restaurant called to thank us for coming Saturday, relayed our concerns, manager Maria called us backsame day to apologize. I appreciate that she did not deflect and took responsibility. The restaurant does not do refunds, sounfortunately the only offer was a discount next time, which I highly doubt I will ever get my spouse to return. Very saddenedthat our night went this way. Food overall was good! Came here for dinner when visiting Scottsdale. Service was a little slow but our server was very nice &... friendly. I wouldn’t say this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to but it wasn’t the worst. I know they have severallocations throughout the country but I probably won’t come here again. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were yummy,but nothing stood out. Read more
Good place for seafood and steaks. The food is top notch, service is good and ambiance is okay. The bone-in filet and seafood... tower are fantastic! Though my filet was medium well when asked for medium rare, since it was bone in, it tasted good. Howeverfor a high end restaurant I would expect them to get the temperature right and the server should come and check if the steak isproperly prepared. I spent close to $1200 for 4 people. Plus they charge $5 for table bread which wasn’t that great. Thedecor is a bit dated, the lighting is extremely dim - perhaps intentional so you don’t see the details. The chairs in the maindining area are uncomfortable and worn out. They need to update the seats and cushions. Service was okay. The frontreceptionists were extremely rude / indifferent and don’t make you feel unwelcome. Read more
Expensive but very good food and drinks (amazing) are top notch! Our favorite on the menu is the lobster bisque. Service was not... the greatest in the beginning but it soon turned around as soon as they realized we were going to drop some money there. Themeal was very good ! We got steak and King Lobster legs but $180.00 for 3 King Lobster legs is a bit high. We probably wouldn'tgo back for a full meal but instead we would go back for there drinks and the Lobster Bisque. We travel a lot and loved to tryat least one high restaurant a trip and while this was good it was not our favorite place to spend that kind of money. Read more
Visited this restaurant because I've heard so many positive things about it, I've been to a number of fine dining restaurants... around Scottsdale and this wasn't bad but it also wasn't the best. We visited on January 1st 2022, the location wasn'toverwhelmingly busy and we were seated promptly as we had made reservations, the service as a whole was good but our serverwasn't the friendlist either, not bad but you can kind of sense a bit of impatience, he was handling 3 tables in our vicinity.Again he wasn't bad but something was a little off. We ordered an appetizer of fried calamari which came out fast and was someof the best I'd ever tasted, girlfriend had filet mignon and I ate double pork chop which was fantastic! Our sides were Mac &Cheese and mashed potatoes. Both were tasty of course! My cocktail was an old fashion which my server recommended which wasgreat, not sure of the price at 22$ though! Pricey but exquisite service and ambiance. Outstanding blue point oysters. The sushi rolls were perfection in preparation and... flavor. Lobster tail was great but pricey at $125. Mesquite grilled Florida Grouper was delicate and delicious. Sides were verygood but pricey. Read more
This restaurant is simply delightful. From the moment you walk in you feel wrapped in luxury. The live singer is the cherry on... top and her voice was breathtaking, absolutely the voice of a professional. The wait staff was professional, prompt, andattentive. The meal was delicious and exceeded my expectations for steak at a seafood restaurant. I ordered the NY Strip Steakand my fiance got the crab cakes (listed as an appetizer) as her meal. I ordered medium-well (I know I'm crazy) and the steakwas beautifully charred yet softly juicy and perfectly pink on the inside. Steak is pictured with lobster mac & cheese plus thecreamy spinach side. Highly recommend the cheesecake for dessert! It was magnificently creamy and just delicious! Honestly waybetter than Cheesecake Factory. The meal and the experience was easily worth what we paid for it. Read more
The experience was pretty good overall, our server was relatively attentive, the food was quite tasty. I got a giant steak and... mashed potatoes along with some cocktails to celebrate. We came here for my friend’s birthday and they did a great jobdecorating the cake and making her feel special. The lighting was very dim and it’s so hard to see. I recently had surgery onmy hand and struggled terribly trying to eat my meal, but that’s not their fault! I did try two of the cocktails and waspretty happy with each other them until I ordered another at the bar on the way out. The drink served at the bar was completelydifferent tasting and it was the same drink I had just finished at the table. It left a gross taste in my mouth and I’m justnot sure how it was so different. I would come back but be prepared to $pend. They even charge $5 for bread. Read more
