The highest priced and smallest portion size of any chinese food i have ever seen. ordreed over $100 for 6 people. 5 entrees,... green beans and some donuts. it wasn't enough food. literally the orange chicken was 11.75 and was eqivilqnt to a small orderat panda express that you pay $5 for. AND it wasn't even better than Panda. Its really 2 bad because spend about $200 a weekfeeding my crew and really needed a good new chinese place to go to. Read more

After walking in and placing order another employee walks up and say we can sit on patio or takeout, not inside the dining room.... First off the misters at this location make it impossible for any guest to sit on patio or eat. Takeout was not an option being30+ miles away from home. Fast, friendly service. Indoor/Outdoor dining. Decent selection for everyone. I got the Mongolian Green Beans starter asked for... spicy, was delicious, although not that spicy, still good flavor. Got the Pei Wei Original Shrimp with salad instead of rice,plenty of shrimp, good flavor, not enough heat (and I even asked for extra spicey). The salad instead of rice was nice, but gotsoggy under all the sauce, so best to get it on the side. Great location, Sprouts next door, other shops in same shoppingcenter. Dirty tables not busy and we cleaned our own.. food quality and portions not what they used to be very disappointing experience!

I was incredibly disappointed by every item ordered. Even the side salad was terrible. We ordered the family bundle. Nothing we... ordered could even be eaten. When I called to get a refund I was told there was nothing he could do about it and then hung upon! Things are hard enough on people right now. My husband and I are both in the food and beverage industry we both have lostour jobs due to COVID. So when we can scrape enough money together to take him out to dinner on his birthday we would at leastlike to be able to eat it. No I had to feed my family peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because I threw 30 bucks down thedrain ! Shame on you Pei Wei! The man on the phone treated me like I was trash looking for a hand out . I was served raw beefundercooked rice . Our lettuce wraps had a hair on dirty lettuce and you could taste the metal from the flattop it was cookedon. 28 years I have been in this industry and I have NEVER had food as bad as I did last night. I am truly saddened by thelevel of disrespect shown on the phone and the lack of love put into the food. Staff was friendly ..but a little bit too much chatter and laughter between the cooks and order taker.. but glad to see them... having fun ..just remember when a guest is in front of you needing professional service..wonton soup was awesome .. lettucewraps were good ..but I remember them coming with alot more of the the little white crispy noodles...cut backs?
