Took 2 hours. They wouldn't answer phone. Pizza was cold. Pizza was wrong. Worst experience.
The manager or supervisor is so sweet and nice. I couldnt get my app to work on how to get my free pizza and was upset and... showed her my rewards and my points but couldnt figure how to access it on the app and she was sooooo sweet to help me. I orderpizza here for my elderly mom who has Alzheimers cause it is literally across the street from her house. She loves the pansupreme pizza here and they are consistent and always friendly. I wish I would have gotten her name, and I assume she was amanager or supervisor because she was doing some inventory and stopped to help me and her uniform was different from the others Read more
Tuesday June 28th 6:00pm Whatever young gentleman with brown hair and young woman with pink hair were working literally watched... me walk in the store and I stood there without any acknowledgement for about 10 min. And I could see them in the back jokingaround with each other and constantly shoving their BARE HANDS in pizza ingredients and laughing. I'm a delivery driver and theyare wasting my money time. If I was a customer, I would have refused my order. Do better. Read more

Thirty minutes after I placed my online order, I get a phone call from the store telling me the fryer is broken and they can't... make my wings. I asked if the pizzas and cookies were already cooked and he said yes, and I asked why they waited for 30 minutesafter I ordered to call and tell me the fryer was broken! I didn't want to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to bake somethingwhile my food got cold and took even longer. So I asked him to refund the money for the wings and he said I would need to givehim my credit card number over the phone! I was NOT about to give out my credit card number over the phone. The pizza didarrive, was already cold, and I didn't receive a refund for the wings. For my first time ordering from Pizza Hutt, this willalso be my last. Read more
Update: Still delicious! We order here every few weeks and it's always awesome! Took a picture this time, doesn't get any better... than that! We ordered the big dinner box last week, it was GREAT. Honestly picture perfect, we couldn't believe it. I should oftaken a picture. It was so good, plenty of toppings and cheese, pasta was great. We will be back to this location again, it wasawesome! I order Pizza Hut pizza a lot. Always has been my favorite pizza place. Have had very good pizzas from this location the last... two years however last nights $25 large pizza had very little toppings. This location is 20 seconds from my house but will tryother locations. Read more
They never answer the phone. They use someone outside the store to take orders and if you try to get ahold of the actual store... they never answer. It took 3 hours one night to get one pizza delivered. Finally got ahold of the manager and they said theywould credit another pizza to my account. Never got the credit and can?t get ahold of the store to use the credit. This has tobe one of the worst pizza establishments of all time. Read more
