Ordering was different. This venue lets you order your own food and drinks from a kiosk upon entry. Then you take your ticket to... the cashier to check out. We ordered ramen and gyoza. The gyoza were very good! The ramen was also really good. We ordered ramenwith regular noodles and Tonkatsu broth and pork. The pork was cooked perfect. We ordered a side of miso paste to spice it up.They don’t give you a lot we did have to ask for an extra side. Not all the tables were clean but when we asked, someone camealmost immediately to wipe them down. Over place is nice and perfect for take out or dine in. First time trying some real ramen and I have to say this was some good food! I usually don’t post reviews, but I had to give... them a 4 star. Plates were very big and the ramen was amazing! The only bad thing I’d have to say about this was I had no ideawhat anything was on the tablets, but I winged it and made the right decisions. My ramen was amazing I ordered the build yourown and my date ordered the angry chicken. I will definitely be coming back! This was pretty frikin good. I got the classic which is about $14 and it was delicious. Very filling. And it looked fantastic... when we got it. and we got great service! To order there are 2 tablet kiosk things that you can order from. Clean, they havetables as usual resturaunt fasion, as well as a place to sit with dividers, so that was cool to see. Seriously awesome place. We drive all the way from Goodyear to come to this place. That's about 45 minutes! Seriously large... portions and phenomenal flavors make this place a MUST if you're in the area. Would be interested in franchising or seeing moreof these around the Phx area! Read more

Place was busy, always a good sign. Inside is quaint, but we ate at one of the side counters. Didn't know you could move the... panels to make it larger area. Service was quick and folks were helpful and polite. Eating areas were clean. Got a customnoodle bowl and one of their specialty. Both of them were great. Now my oy downside is we ordered Gluten Free noodles. They werevery difficult to eat. They were really springy and spungey and hard to chew/swallow. They were ok, but not what we wereexpecting. My first visit to a Ramen joint. There are two ordering kiosks right as you walk in. The ordering process was pretty easy, even... for a Ramen rookie. We opted to create our own bowls. There were different broth and protein options and a lot of toppingoptions to choose from. The results were fantastic. Very fresh ingredients and the broths were very rich and flavorful. Theportions are very generous, it's a lot of food. Splitting an order may be a good option for some. They will give you containersto take any leftovers home. The staff was very pleasant. A quaint and casual environment nicely accented to give it a culturalfeel. It was a good experience. I will say, for a bowl of soup, it's on the expensive side. With a drink, it was near $20 aperson.
