Today I fhad my dog with me so I ordered then went to the car until the did was ready, the young man working actually brought... my order to me! Kudos to him!!! It was not like the Rubios I know didn't get sauce when asked to get it for whom ever picked up my order. My burrito was more... white rice than anything I'm disappointed but this has never happened. It usually on point and the tortilla was so wet. Read more

I love Rubio?s and it?s always great, but at this location I?ve gotten the wrong burrito several times, have asked certain... ingredients off my burrito and got a regular one. And now, the corn is totally burnt, and it tastes totally burnt. I?m superbummed because I was really looking forward to trying it. ;-; Update: They we?re really nice and refunded me right away.
