We went through the drive thru. They made our Frappuccino just perfect. The area was really nice and clean.
I go to quite a few Starbucks and I really like this one. There's a very large wraparound patio to enjoy desert views or for... more privacy. The staff does a great job(shout out to Julian) considering it's very busy, especially the drive-thru. There'salso a nice shopping center across the street with great restaurants I ate at. Highly recommended, top 10% S Bucks. Note: Iread over some of the reviews and my experience was the opposite: Staff always gets my orders right, is fast and exceptionallycourteous. I think the low rating is due to the neighborhood(North Snobsdale) being extremely high midwestern trust fund,boomer/brat "Karen"(old 4s that still think they're 9-10s) density-almost all the cars are MBs, BMWs, Landrovers and most of thecustomers don't act like they work for a living. This location is always so slow and they 9/10 always get your drink order wrong and have to remake it. Iced coffee with light... cream definitely shouldn?t be that difficult to make. It always seems like this location is understaffed which could be thereason for the issues. Read more
Drink order was way wrong. No big deal, I wasn?t mad about it. The lady who took the order, Ruth, was so incredibly rude about... it. Says I ?must have been sleeping in the drive through because SHES the one who took my order? and then as I started to replyshe shut the window on me. Only went to this Starbucks once and definitely won?t be back to this one as long as Ruth is there. Read more
