I love this Starbucks!! Baristas are amazing!! they always welcome me as soon they see me ! I'm a regular customer and ... they always treat me Great!! Manager is always watching very polite and professional. this locations is Normallyfull in the mornings so I suggest to use the app and give them extra 5-10 mins to get your order ready dont blame the Baristas they always working fast. my favorite drink caramel macchiato is always made at perfection???????? Perfect sweet cream cold foam! Love this place. Everyone is so nice.
I usually like this location but today was just awful. The cashier sounded like she was paying attention to what I wanted but I... guess she didn't care to even listen to me. I asked for a macchiato with extra caramel because the Expresso is always a littlestronger and not only did they not put extra caramel they didn't even put a regular amount. It was so bad I couldn't even drinkit.. I had to just make my coffee at home. $6 down the drain and then I asked for a croissant not warmed up and they warm itup... I wanted to save it for later because I already ordered a sandwich so now my sandwich is gonna be cold for later because Ihad to eat one of them. A place that I used to come to all the time, I will never go again. Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! Ruined mymorning.. I could've made coffee hours ago but I was looking forward to go to Starbucks on my lunch. I'll just drive to adifferent one further away with better service and people who care to get my order right. Read more
Still no dine-in experience at this location (there are seats outdoors where you can experience discomfort in the extreme heat... of Arizona). Better coffee shops in town offer a better experience in my opinion. I'll update this back to five stars when thecoffee shop is back to normal just like so many other coffee shops in town. Read more
Very nice Starbucks serving typical menu with friendly fast service. Plenty of seating options, both inside and outside. Folks... tend to linger at the outside tables, but there always seems to be adequate space indoors at the community table. The interioris well maintained and cleaned often. Read more
I went into this Starbucks earlier today and the girl who made my drink, out of spite, (I believe her name is elana) did not... fill my cup up all the way, did not tell me when it was ready and DID NOT give me any sprinkles. But was perfectly polite andprofessional with my friend :) Read more
