This rating is specifically for the Starbucks in Fashion Square mall. Their food & drinks are just fine, same as any other... Starbucks. The issue here is that they not only have the staff taking orders for a high volume of customers inside of the mall,they also have these poor workers taking a high volume of mobile orders. They are most definitely doing their very best to keepup, but it's a little ridiculous (not to the workers fault at all). The wait time in the line is long and waiting for yourfood/drink is even longer. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't even get a higher pay rate for all of the extra work that they'redoing. I work in the mall and I've come to this Starbucks nearly every day for the last two months as I am a manager currently... understaffed in my store so i work open to close 7 days a week. Theres a serious bug problem with flies and The service here hasnever been good not one time. Theres days there will be 6-7 employees working behind the counter and still it takes anincredible amount of time to make an order then even longer to actually get the order!!! The only reason i gave two stars isbecause, the people are nice but, their work ethic is just pitiful! There are some drink makers that work hard and push outdrinks, its usually every guy making drinks and the occasional one or two girls. Read more

We went to Fashion Square and got a Starbucks, my daughter ordered a Double Chocolaty Crème Frappuccino and she had stomach... pain and she was throwing up, the milk was not good or something. That means they don?t have quality standards, is unbelievablebecause is Starbucks, we will never buy a drink here. Read more
Dont look at the other reviews, they are Karens. They have always been the nicest, kindest, and most accommodating people I've... met at any starbucks. Most other starbucks had employees with soulless eyes just giving your coffee with no regard to what youthink. This starbucks employees will always listen to you and accommodate for any allergies or requests. Read more
The staff is always nice, but they always my order wrong!! The only reason I come here when I do, is when I don?t have time to... go to another. Order accuracy and pay attention to details. Asked for 3 pumps of caramel and only 1 pump rang up. Happens allthe time? which leaves me with bitter, slightly sweetened espresso. Read more

I sometimes come here during my lunch breaks and I have always been satisfied with the service. I'm not sure what anyone expects... as it is the holidays and there is gonna be a high volume of orders as well as a longer wait time. That is something to keep inmind before ordering, so please be considerate, kind, and thank your starbucks workers. I give them credit because they areconstantly working hard and they all deserve a raise. Read more
