The staff was friendly and my order was perfect, but the bathrooms were disgusting. There was dried urine and stool on the... toilet seats and tanks, and the sinks and floors were dirty too. I sat in the store for a few hours, and store wasn't very busywhile I was there. Most of the time there were at least 2-3 employees just standing around talking and laughing, so they shouldhave had time to clean the bathrooms. It made me wonder how clean the food prep areas were if the bathrooms were that dirty. Read more
I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. Now that it?s PSL season I come daily. Today I had an extra awesome... experience because I accidentally ordered my original PSL (hot) when I wanted it iced today. There was no option to cancel theorder in the app so I called ASAP and they said to not worry they can change it for me. The employee assured me it wasn?t aproblem and didn?t make a fuss of it like other places probably would have. These little things make me so happy to supportplaces I love. Thank you! Read more
Yes i am a coffee junkie so it is no surprise that I have been to about every Starbucks in the valley. THIS ONE IS OUTSTANDING.... Clean, great service, the team is super nice and friendly, the manager "John" is a PRO... I'm impressed and any one that stopsby will NOT be disappointed. Read more
I?m a vendor so I?ve been to Starbucks across the whole valley. This is probably the worse one I?ve experienced. $7 hot grande... just for it to be halfway filled with more foam than coffee. It also tasted like I bought it at circle K. Read more

This is the best Starbucks in the Phoenix area by far. I was running out of data and needed a place to relax, have a cup of java... and get a couple of things done. Internet login was a breeze, I had a number for a free coffee but no card. The young baristaswere delightful. Set me up with WiFi, my free coffee and the even assisted me with location and directions. Great experience! Read more
Very nice Starbucks with good service. The place is clean and the staff is customer service oriented and friendly. The drinks... are made to order and come out perfect every time. A good place to sit and relax, either inside or outside and have a beverageand some food. The Wi-Fi works great so also good for getting work done. Read more
