I would NEVER review a Subway- but since there are plenty of them- Make sure to AVOID this one! The so called manger (not sure... if it was a guy or a girl) just verbally attacked me. I ordered from the app- and did it yesterday- got a meal and only had thesandwich at the pick up stand- nothing else! Yesterday, they were busy but not today! So, I asked why isn't the order completedwhen you put it on the stand- this thing literally starting going off- calling me rude! I was like, no that's not how you treatcustomers- had to ask for my cookie and this thing threw it at me! She told me since I asked rudely I would be treated rudely...I hope the owner reads this review- probably not- never will I order there.. I will also contact the corp office- I guess thisis how we treat customers now- Just wow! Oh to top it off, I pulled a Karen and asked to speak to the manager- this thing toldme she was.. NO WAY! Worst experience! I ordered an order through door dash. My salad did not have the meat and cheese on it. I had A totally... different sandwich than the one I ordered. I called And was told I could place another order online and would have to pay again.I requested To speak to a manager one was not available. I placed Another order paying out of my own pocket. Jasenia was theworker on duty. Never offered a refund of any type. I called the store over 10 times after I placed second order. Worker wouldnot answer. Pretty good eats out of here today, I had a version of ingredients not normally eatten in combination from me today, was... OK... Great prep and attention to the guest, Thank You for that young lady!
