Awesome bar in old town Scottsdale. Loved the atmosphere and the giant clam drink. Was a quite night when we came, I'm positive... it would be a hella fun place to go out on a busy night. Read more

Fun atmosphere/aesthetic both inside and on the patio, great DJ, Sunday night happy hour on both food and drink was awesome and... we had excellent service by Serena. The food and some of the tiki drinks were lacking. We had the morning dew roll, coconutshrimp, shrimp tempura roll, Spicy yellowtail roll which were all good but nothing to rave home about. The sushi didn’t comewith ginger or wasabi so that was a bummer. The tiki cocktails that needed improvements were the mojito and the dark ginger beercocktail. The mango mojito was delicious but I didn’t realize it hadn’t been stirred so I drank all the mango out within thefirst few sips and then it was just a plain mojito after that lol, bartender could have at least stirred it. My husband lovedthe Hula Hula cocktail. Lastly, the hostess was completely checked out and made no effort to welcome us when we walked insidewhile she was talking to friends, I actually questioned if we were in the right place when we walked in because it was such anawkward interaction. This place could be great but needs a little work! I think they around a 3.5 star ?? so gave them 4. Read more

Huge disappointment all around. Was recommended this place by a friend. I am visiting from Chicago and will say this place is a... complete waste of an experience. Called ahead they told us they would seat us right away. We had to wait which isunderstandable. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a beer and the glass was broken on the lip. When I mentioned it theyattempted to just hand me over an empty glass. Then the waitress grabbed my beer and sloppily poured my beer into the new glassinstead of getting me a whole fresh one to prevent possibility of swallowing glass. I had to insist I get a fresh beer. Then thefood came out separately which I understand with sushi, however everyone got their meal except my daughter. Hers was extremelylate. So overall I’ll wrap up with the following: Food stupid pricy for basically frozen food. Sushi was alright but if youwant sushi, go to a sushi joint. Staff irresponsible They “ran out” of most of their tiki cocktails and desserts. Ambiancewas sterile for a true tiki vibe. Would not recommend. Read more

Great happy hour drinks and food! Our waitress seemed quite new didn't know the menu well yet. Staff was forgetful on a couple... details. We liked the fun Tiki decor inside and out! Tiki drinks weren't made well, they didn't seem to follow a recipe. Had agood time with our friends. Read more

Came for brunch. Amazing drink specials, the Bloody Mary's were really fun. Service is friendly, but....Very very slow. Don't... expect to get your drinks quickly, but when you do get them, you'll enjoy them. The food is good. I had the tacos the firsttime and the breakfast sandwich the second. Both were delicious. I will definitely come back. The extreme slowness is nowexpected, so I'll anticipate it. Read more

Awesome outdoor seating, lots of cool tropical drinks… if you like sweet drinks (much more geared towards the ladies) good... food selection (crab dynamite) was very delicious! Service was a bit slow, but otherwise great hangout spot! Read more

Very nice option in Old Town if you are looking for something a little different. The decor is fun and the location is perfect.... You can sit and have a nice meal and drinks right in the heart of Old Town. The portion sizes are great for the price you pay.We felt as though we got our money’s worth for sure. The menu has a little bit of everything but still has some uniqueness. Therefore, everyone should be able to find something that they like but not feel as though they are eating the same thing theyalways do. The desert options are pretty limited but we were happy with the cookie and ice cream we got. If you’re looking forsomething that is good value and a little different than what you normally get, The Drunk Munk is a great option. Read more

I wanted to like this place based off of some of the design choices, but it wasn't for me. The decor is cool but the cocktails... are a let down. I could see this being a fun spot on a weekend night, but our drinks were pretty poorly made for there being norush. Glad I was able to check it out and knock it off of my list. The drinks were pretty cheap, so that's a plus and the staffwas really nice but this place is definitely not a tiki bar like it claims. Read more
