Teriffic place in a dry and dusty desert. The servers were quick and funny and guided our choices extremely well. The atmosphere... lacks a mountainside view but is charming in it's own style. The pricing is a little high but the food was excellent and weloved the change from the long and rocky hike through the Sonoran Desert which should be the main destination of the dayanyway... I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, affordability, and prompt service we encountered here last night. I have been here... in the past and almost did not come back after a dirty glass and poor service. Last night we were greeted and quicklyaccommodated despite not having a reservation and it being busy. They have serving assistant staff bringing waters and runningfood so service was prompt and food was really, really good. Enjoyed the sirloin steak, cooked perfectly, nicely presented, andpaired with a delightful arugula salad and perfect tomatoes. I'm so glad I tried this spot again, I'll definitely be suggestingit for another night out! Side note; if you are hiking or biking in the McDowell mountain area, they have a locker room wenoticed on the way out! Read more

Very disappointed. Beautiful facility lead me to expect a great experience. Nope. Service was spotty at best. My mid rare burger... was over the top WELL DONE. Dry and the “jalapeño cheese” wasn’t anything to get excited about. On top of all this theprices were outrageous even with the historic inflation and delivery issues. Read more

The atmosphere, music, ambiance, and staff were wonderful. The food was simply okay, nothing special. I had a nice brussel... sprout salad to start. Then, for the main course I ordered the steak. It really wasn't a true cut of steak one would expect froma steakhouse but instead a small cut of beef over potatoes. Good thing I had the salad to start; otherwise, I would have leftquite hungry.
