Had a great dining experience with my loved one! Food was great and the kindness of the server made it even better. Intimate and... cool environment. We were First time guests and our waitress had lots of great recommendations. I would definitely return. Read more

I used to love this place, but both quality of service and food have gone down. I ordered calamari and it was literally the... worst I've ever eaten....super overcooked. Chewing through a tire would have been easier. To add insult to injury, it was alsoextremely spicy because they went way too heavy on a spice that should have been a garnish. They even cut the quantity inhalf.....I was shocked at what they served for the price......definitely didn't get what we paid for. In addition to theappetizer, we ordered sliders and a burger....my goodness, the food....it is extremely overpriced for what you receive. Irecommended this place to so many friends in the past, now I have to warn them not to visit. I won't be returning. Sorry, butThe Vig just lost a customer who would bring 20+ guests at a time....never again! I'll take my large groups elsewhere! Your lowquality food isn't worth putting up with your rude, super slow staff! Be prepared to sit awhile before your order is taken andeven longer to receive the inedible substandard heap of garbage you'll pay $60 for! Read more

Have eaten at the Vig in Arcadia and enjoyed my experience. Did not enjoy my dinner last night at McCormick. Took a date there.... The cocktails tasted like the bartender eyeballed the liquor portions and left out some ingredients. I was kind of embarrassedat how bad the $13 drinks were. My date and I laughed it off. Sweet potato fries were tasty, ambience was good. Love thesetting. My burger was a bit bland. She liked her goat cheese salad. Was basically an overpriced mediocre dinner. Those drinkstho… Read more

The best thing I can say is that they didn’t screw up the beer. We came in for a fathers day brunch and took a seat at the bar... to avoid a 30 minute wait for two, although the restaurant was about half empty. We ordered immediately and it took over halfan hour for avacado toast and eggs Benedict. Both were inedible. Toast for avacado toast was so chewy that we sent it back. Eggs Benedict was the worst in my life with the eggs being way overdone and the “English muffin”, or whatever they used as asubstitute for it, was just like the toast and hard/chewy. The only upside is that they didn’t charge us for the food, Ithink they were aware of what the kitchen was putting out. Had we paid for that food it would’ve been a one star. We’re onour way to Starbucks now to get some food because we’re starving. Read more

The Vig is an eclectic American style restaurant inside the McCormick Ranch shopping center. There's a ton of parking outside,... and inside there are plenty of tables which makes it an easy place to eat since there's usually something available. The staffare amazing, our waiter Bob really knew his stuff while being friendly, funny, and helpful in recommending food for our bigparty. Drinks have a bit of a heavy pour, and portion sizes in general are a very good size, so the prices are spot on to whatthey should be. The food was delicious, especially the appetizers. I'd recommend the shishito peppers, chips and dip, pretzel(weird choice, I know, but local bread made it fresh and tasty), and the broccolini. For dinner, you cannot go wrong with theArgentinian steak or the short ribs, even the scampi was good. Would highly recommend eating here, but make sure to make areservation for bigger groups to save time and effort. Read more

I had the waygu burger. It was good, but so juicy it leaked on my shirt. My wife had shrimp and Brussels sprouts. She lived the... shrimp, but the Brussels sprouts were different from the last time we were here. She liked them better the old way. Read more
