The absolute slowest drive through line. There will be only 4 cars ahead and take 30 minutes. And when you finally get your food... it?s a 50/50 chance it will even be good quality. I typically love Wendy's breakfast but today that changed. I ordered my usual bacon, egg, and cheese croissant combo but I left... with a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. I HATE SAUSAGE!! They served me cold potato wedges, a watered down chocolate frostychinothat taste like $#!+.......... Very disappointed. I was ordering for my office. So ordering had to be perfect. I was asking questions and it seemed like she didn?t even want to... explain the menu, I never been to Wendy?s so this first time experience was horrible! While I was waiting for my order shedidn?t hand me my receipt. I had to ask for it, then gave me my drinks that were all wet and leaking. The drink carrier didn?teven help with how soaked it was. I had to go back and she didn?t even apologize nicely and I asked to speak with a manager andshe stated she was one. I was at the location on N Scottsdale just trying to get an order inside was closed and employees didn?t bother to even look me... in the eyes to see what I wanted due to me being on a skateboard proceed to let me stand there for 2 minutes with cars behindme. Let me just say the girl taking our order had a fabulous vibe, was friendly, and let me know if the bathroom door did not open... that meant someone was in there. My husband LOVED the Oatmeal cookies? Our sodas calibrated to perfection. Fries to die for.The #8 sandwich was new for us. Pretty darn good. Lobby was clean, ladie's bathroom was too. Read more
