Well? we have complained many times with cooperate and we haven?t received one call back. Decided to come back to the... restaurant and the first thing we hear is that they close at 9:00pm when the hours are posted on the door and it says12:00am Also, they said it?s going to be at least 35 to 40min because there is only the lady taking care at the register andthen 2 employees on training. The employees where cleaning not even cooking. What a shame because the facility is absolutelybeautiful. But whomever is managing this place should be fired and the owners should be on top of their restaurant. Read more

I show up at 9:08pm and the doors open but the man at the cash register says they are closed. Wow? horrible service especially... when the the door to your establishment says open til midnight. Even if the website says open til 9:30pm. That?s also a lie. Sodisappointed, I doubt the owners know they are closing early and pushing customers away. I made an order , waited 28 minutes while my kids where I the car. Got the wrong order, told the cashier, a second later a 5?... girl tries to argue with me about the order I made. I told her I said , no drumsticks twice to the cashier. I said if you aregoi g to take 30 minutes I want my money back. She mumbled something and returned my money. Poor service, poor lady. Ordered online. Said ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there in 20. Guy at the front seemed confused about my online order but said ok... it will be out shortly. I noticed a small to go bag that could be mine but didn?t want to be rude. I waited 25 minutes thereuntil another employee asked who I was waiting for. That employee then grabbed the bad that was there the entire time. I toldhim it had been sitting there this entire time and he said ?yes sorry it?s been crazy busy?. Didn?t offer any compensation. I was there 8/31 around 9pm. There were 3 employees working and they had, from what i could see, around 15 orders minimum. They... were working faster than any other crew I've seen (im a delivery driver, ive seen a lot). The 2 in the kitchen were lightningfast and the young guy at the register was super nice despite the immense pressure he must have been feeling from the customers.Just wanted management to acknowledge them for doing such a good job. This was my first tim in a Wingstop. They had both bone in and boneless wings available. Bone-in were actually more expensive.... They had a delicious menu to choose from. I went with the Garlic-Parmegan boneless chicken wings. It took 7 minutes from whenI placed the order to it being delivered to my table. The crust was cruchy and firm, the chicken inside super hot and tender.The taste was a bit on the salty side. A soda would have balanced the flavor out or fries.
