This place is everything! The first time coming here and it did not disappoint. Lemme tell ya, if you get the unlimited (all you... can eat) make sure you are very, very hungry first; whatever you put in your bowls (noodles, etc) make sure to pack itlightweight. Because if not, you will be sooo done you would not want seconds or thirds. I can only compare this to other Mongolian BBQ places I've been to, but overall the food quality is really good. Other similar... restaurants give you more protein choices - here you picked from white meat chicken, dark meat chicken, beef, pork and some kindof fish - other places I've been to offer lamb and shrimp so I was a little sad. I also didn't see any peanut sauce at all, andthat has been my favorite sauce in the past. I dislike the pay before you sit down aspect, and tipping before you get service. I love YCs! It's a great option if you want to eat out and eat healthy. You can jam pack your bowl with plenty of protein (beef,... chicken, etc) and veggies with your choice of noodles. Once you get all of your goodies, you can create the sauce of your choiceby following instructions outlined for you. I love the fact that someone will help you create the sauce and even give you tips!If you don't want noodles, just fill your bowl with protein and veggies, they have white and brown rice available once your foodgets cooked (as much as you want). You can also get soup and wonton chips that are very tasty. I personally got the spicy currysauce, I let one of the employees know I liked it extra spicy and she hooked it up! You have to pay extra for ice cream and togo boxes but it's not a lot. I would highly recommend this spot if you want to eat a healthier meal that is tasty. Friday night, and it was crowded, and everyone seemed to know the drill like they had been there many times before. I, on the... other hand, was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices, and embarrassed that I?d be holding up the line trying to decide! I askedfor help. Fortunately, a young lady by the name of Gabby was working, and she enthusiastically showed me how the whole orderingprocess works. She helped me pack my bowl full of delicious, fresh food. Gabby was super, and it really was impressive service.I told her so. She said, ?I?m all about customer service.? They are lucky to have her. I really got great value for the price,too, and there are plenty of leftovers for the weekend! That Gabby would take a few minutes, on a busy night, and help me to getthe best experience out of my first visit to YC's Mongolian Grill is very much appreciated. This was a terrific place. Love it! I went to their other location but will go here from now on since its closer to me. The place is fresh! Very nice... interior, clean and of course the same great food! Indoor and outdoor seating. I like the way the soups and rice are on theirown island, its not so bunched up like the other spot. The soft serve machine looks brand new. They have an automatic napkindispenser that shoots out 2 or 3 at a time. Never seen anything like it. Great food! Read more

We went for the soft opening and everything was great! Line moved very smoothly, things were clean/fresh, staff was friendly and... attentive, and most importantly the food was perfect! So stoked that a long time favorite is back in Scottsdale! The food is everything I?ve come to know from YC?s over the course of... the 30 years I?ve been coming to their various locations. I love the new style building and the garage door with the mistersoutside. The entire staff is beyond friendly and the food was cooked to perfection. When it comes to Mongolian BBQ YC?s is thebest in the valley and this brand new location only keeps going with that theme!
