Ordered 2 subs, 2 cookies online. Got a call saying they were out of peanut butter cookies, no problem. After waiting 40 minutes... 'til pickup, we were told that they were out of steak for the steak sub. "Someone was supposed to call you" we were told. Nope,just called about the ever so important cookies. As usual, everybody EXCEPT who we presume was the manager was standing around.The manager was very apologetic and offered us some slices, she was very professional and again, apologetic. We could see in herface how frustrated she was with the situation. So, on to the food. The chicken finger sub was more of a lettuce and maybe 2cups of mayo? With a few chicken fingers, but any shot of tasting the chicken was impossible due to the mayo and mounds oflettuce. The pizza slices seemed old, dry, flavorless. Couple bites of pizza, each took one bite of the sub, threw everything intrash. Pretty awful experience all the way around, with the exception of the manager. Another fine Salvatore's Pizza location. We had the giant slice for lunch, which tasted delicious. My wife had the double... mozzarella option, which evens out the sauce flavor a bit better than the regular slice. The wait staff was cheerful andanticipated our needs, even bringing us extra napkins for the grandkids. I will stop in again. Read more

We called for a small catering order for lunch and the teams was so accommodating and helpful. They were communicative and the... food was delicious. Everything was very affordable and they provided everything we needed. We are thoroughly impressed withtheir customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. We will definitely be continuing to use them for more than justpizza! Read more

It was out most disgusting if you don?t like it ask for a refund because if it Do not come out to your liking the second time... they won?t refund or fix it they refused to make my friends food again and the chicken was barley cooked nor did she get arefund when she asked to speak to the boss he was very nasty and told her she had to leave off the property most unprofessionalthing I?ve seen ever they have no people skills and waitress paid no mind to our table I?ve never experienced this ever ! Walked in at 11:24 for 6 well done wings and fries. Wings came back undercooked after 15min. Asked for them to be redone. Wings... come back at 12:06, and having worked at 3 pizza places on fryers, I could tell that the cook just used the same wings he hadalready sauced and put them in the fryer again, because the sugar from the Country Sweet burned to my wing. This place is so nice and cute inside. Like a little lunch pub. I order online and the food is always ready when I walk in. They... are quick with checkout. Very friendly too. I live in the village of Scottsville with about a minute walk to the Saloon. I order food fairly regularly and I?ve never had a... problem with the quality. The staff is also exceptional and very caring and attentive to the needs of customers. It seems to bea mixed bag when you come in if you?ll get the small-town restaurant vibe or the rowdy bar crowd so that would be my onlynegative as I?m just personally not a fan of the rowdy atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for a bite to eat or something todrink. Read more
