Great restaurant. Manager seems to have a good place running there. I stop here for lunch a few times and the Manager was... friendly as heck. Food is always there. Asked lettuce, tomato, pickle and onions on my Ch'King and there wasn't any pickles or onions on it. There was also a big... spoonful of some type of sauce on it and my bun was hard. Not happy with my visit there. Read more
"Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders ..." my a**. We pulled in to an open - I repeat OPEN Burger King and... walked up to the door when what was probably the rudest young "lady"(and I use that term generously) grabbed the door frominside and slammed it shut. Yelling at us through the door we were informed that and I quote " What's wrong with you fool, it'sCovid out there. You ain't comin' in here. Go order thru the drive in window." Only because my grandchildren were with me and wewere already late for the new Top Gun movie at the drive-in down the road,, I did use the drive in window. The burgers werebarely warm, the chicken fries were cold, no napkins, no sauces, no anything resembling CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a B.K.fan for decades, but never before at this location so I'm really left wondering- Is this attitude normal for Scranton? Or wasthis just a really, really bad night? Maybe just a very poorly trained new employee? Either way, I won't be back. Not sure ifit was the way things unfolded, or if it was the food but for the first time ever, I left a Burger King with a really bad tastein my mouth. Read more

Absolutely horrible! Order was completely wrong. Called they said they would remake it. Ok no problem. So I drive back up... there. You would think they would meet you at the door... nope had to wait in line for 20 minutes! Ridiculous! That is notcustomer service! BK you have definitely gone down hill! And fast. I went there after my son had surgery and the manager that was on was really rude to my son when he asked for some sweet and... sour sauce, and she was rude as hell to another customer that asked her for help with the soda machine. Read more
