Unless you're starving and everything else is closed I would avoid this BK customer service is horrible orders are always wrong... and you wait forever and they don't actually close at 8 pm they always close at like 7:30 and tell you they always close at thattime but I don't ever remember refusing drive thru orders a half hour before we closed we never closed the drive thru or thedining room early when I worked for BK years ago....my how the times have changed! Asked for a cherry slushie they were out. Asked for a hamburger and they were out of buns. Used an app coupon and they forgot to... give us the food I used the coupon for. They need more staff. But even when they were fully staffed they constantly mess up your order. Or the food taste like its been... sitting for awhile. Its worth the drive to go to the BK in clarks summit. Never had any issues there. Read more
The wait in the drive thru line is very long. Every time I go I'm waiting 20mins, even if I'm only 2 cars deep. The manager... needs to step it up and get his crew in gear. It's ridiculous that I'm spending half my lunch break in a drive thru line. Read more
