Employees are RUDE & don't listen to the customers when ordering. Or the person preparing the meal Cannot Read the... screen. Either or this should be corrected. Stopped in with my son for French toast sticks, as I look at the overhead picture menu and see them advertised at 5 for $2.49, I... order 2, I was promptly told they have been discontinued. I'm pretty sure those menus are digital and can easily be updated. No one wore hair nets, the one girl had two foot long green extensions. The manager seamed to be doing everyone's job. I didn't receive all my items and the food I did get was burnt and cold. Why is it so hard to get hot food from this place? Heck... I will even settle for Luke warm at this point and that blonde manager well she isn't so nice! I work hard for my money and Idon't think it should be wasted on below average food. Read more
The drive-thru wait time in my experience was approximately 10 minutes. The employees seem to be untrained. I had to return my... fish and french fries because it was basically inedible, and when I was politely asked to come inside to get a new one, my fishwas placed on a wrapper and then the entire sandwich was placed right on the visibly dirty counter top.
