I don't think it's cracked up to what it used to be. This place might have been a force to be reckoned with years ago but it's... run down now. Filthy on the inside with mold and mildew. I don't know how the health department lets it slide. The place hasn'tbeen cleaned or maintained in years. So much Dust and mold right by the cooking station that's next to the front window. Fromthe ceiling down the walls to the floor..disgusting. The food is mediocre at best. I was really hoping for a differentoutcome..so disappointed. Read more
Absolutely delicious comfort food. These are the OG and classic dog...service is always quick and knows a lot of the regulars... who come in. Order a medium drink, fries with cheese or gravy and of course the texas burger/weiner and you have a perfect combo& its super affordable. Soups are good too. Read more
Fun lottle place. TORTELLINI soup was excellent, cherry pie was great. I had the burger and had never had a chili burger... before. I am apparently not a fan of that, but the person i was with loved ot. Prices are decent. Definitely worth viditing. Read more

I don't know where to start.. the chili dogs are some of the best I've ever had. The hospitality was great. Even with a hot pot... in front of us, they encourage us to try a coffee shop out in the park (Black Watch Cafe) just to further enjoy our visit toScranton. We grabbed some pie to have later and it was great too. Read more
Bronwynn, Connor, Pete...love you all! Great service. Sweet folks. Vibrant personalities. Food is delish. I am a total foodie... and I was completely satisfied. I had to stop myself from ordering more and digging in my sister?s plate. Bronwynn, I wassupposed to come back with a chocolate cake for your birthday but I couldn?t and I was crushed. To be honest, we came here because Season 7 episode 10 of "The Office" - cold open when Dwight insists on drinking hot coffee... with his feet. The mug he uses is from Coney Island Lunch. But we found a gem! Simple menu, very reasonable prices, and fastfriendly service from a restaurant that has been doing it right for almost 100 years. Love we will be regulars!
