Theres a reason its a top 3 place on Yelp and Google. Really good cheesesteak. The best I've had in the area. I'm from FL but my... girlfriend is from here and every time I'm up I have to hit cheesesteak places. She had to drive through the Italian festival toget back to us, 35 mins, and the bread was still doughy and not a soppy mess. I think its American cheese which is more creamythan provolone. I have no idea why this place has any 5 star reviews. Cheese steak was bland, hardly any peppers or onions, I think there was... provolone but can't be sure. Fries were really good. Onion rings average. Ordered chicken tenders for granddaughter, they hadway too much pepper and they were burnt. Had to make her dinner. So I thought I would have a night off of cooking, by picking upfood but because they decided to give me burnt food I still had to. Shame on the person who thought these were all right toserve a customer. Waited half hour for food at 3pm. Parking lot was empty. What took them so long, probably burning the chickenheld them up. I ordered a footlong cheese steak, a chicken cheese steak, and a large order of cheese fries all with their wiz cheese sauce.... The regular cheese steak was tasty and had plenty of meat and I enjoyed it. My fiancé had the chicken cheesesteak that I triedas well and we both agree that the chicken could have had more flavor. The cheese fries were also decent, but the price didn'tseem to reflect the serving and there was a gross burnt fry in the mix. If everything we ordered was the same quality as theregular cheesesteak this review would be a 5/5, but sadly this wasn't the case. Read more
It's very very rare that we write a negative review, but unfortunately this one is totally deserved. I've had a lot of... cheesesteaks in my life, and this for sure was the driest one I've ever had. The steak was dry itself, the cheese was minimal,it wasn't seasoned well...really I could keep going too but I don't want to tear this place down. I'm hoping they just had areally bad day, but this was easily one of the worst cheesesteaks I've ever had. Read more
Only open for take-out. We had to wait at the counter for a minute or two before someone came to take our order, but the girl... was very friendly and apologized. The sandwiches didn?t look like much but weren?t bad, although my wife said her chicken cheesesteak was a little bland flavored. I was happy with mine though. The price is pretty good compared to other places I?ve hadcheese steaks. Got some cheese fries too. They were ok. All-in-all it was a good lunch for a good price. Read more
Great local place!! Very clean, great atmosphere, friendly and fast service!! This was our first time trying out Cosmo's... Cheesesteaks and it made me wonder why we hadn't tried it sooner!! I got the new menu items: boneless porketta wing bites andfire sticks (mozz sticks with hot sauce) ~ I could eat those wing bites every day!! And while the idea of hot sauce on cheesesticks sounds like a great idea, they got soggy super quick....I would order them again, but maybe with the sauce on the side todip. Hubby got an order of cajun fries and a cheesesteak wit wiz & american but witout onions. He said both were very good,fries were cooked to perfection and the steak, cheese and bun were all fresh and tasty. Daughter got the chicken tenders &fries, again fries were cooked perfectly and the chicken tendies were crisp & delicious (she also said the ranch dipping saucewas drinkable!) The subs are delicious. However when I opened my tray of fries I was highly disappointed to see just a hand full of fries in the... tray that they had the nerve to charge 4$ for! It's a shame but I don't think I'll ever get food from here again Read more
