If you want a coffee hope your not in a hurry at this location. Make sure your plans are cancelled and you put in vacation time.... You could probably even get a pension credit waiting for service. Only one person actually works out of the other uselessemployees. Everyone just stands around and waits to be told to work. Should find new staff. Read more
My boyfriend went in to grab our coffee, I ordered through the app. Ordered a large iced coffee and it was put up as hot. They... fixed it, it?s terrible. His coffee was supposed to be French vanilla, there?s no French vanilla. I ordered two glazed donutsand five jelly munchkins. We get there and he looks in the bag there?s one glazed and nothing else. They didn?t tell him theydidn?t have the other donuts, and were going to let us leave paying for things that we were not given. This is ridiculous. Read more
Stopped by as i needed a pick me up while driving though the area. Ordered through the app. Drinks were made real fast and the... order was correct. The staff was very polite and friendly. The place was clean and well maintained. I will say the drive thrusetup is weird. The line that forms blocks the entrance. Need to redesign that. Read more
I ordered thru the app 9/5/22 a coffee and pumpkin muffin. When I arrived 15 minutes later the coffee was on the counter but no... muffin, so I said ?excuse me there was a muffin with this order? I thought maybe they ran out. But after saying excuse me no oneturned around including the manager to acknowledge me or answer. So a few minutes later the girl at the drive thru walked pastme, not acknowledging me and goes into the back room, comes back to the drive thru and still says nothing all the while themanager is standing there not saying anything either. So I got upset said ?is someone going to help me or are you two going tocontinue to ignore me?? The manager then snapped w/a nasty nasty attitude ?I told her it needed icing!!!? And I said ?as themanager you really have poor customer service skills all you had to do when I first asked about the muffin is simply say it?sgoing to be a minute instead of ignoring me and my question? I emailed customer service the same day and got a reply that Iwould be getting a call from the franchisee, that never happened. Then earlier this week I called customer service and the girlsaid she?d escalate the complaint and make it priority and I?ll get a call we?ll for an escalated priority I still got no call. Read more
Coffee fine... but 640am today I went there and ordered there stuffed croissant... one for me, one for my husband by the time i... got home I was sicker then ive ever been in all my life... so thank you davis street dunkin for the 13$ food poisoning,appreciate it. Read more
