My fiancé and I had a great Friday night here last week. We were seated in the cozy loft area right away when we arrived. We... ordered a Manhatten, Cosmopolitan, Jack's Burger, BMFC, and the House Nachos. The portions given were a bit small in relation tothe prices, but everything was delicious and the service was speedy. They bring out and refill a container of waterautomatically, which was a plus, especially when consuming alcohol. Went there for many years. New owners took over about 2-3 years ago. Not bad at first and understand about pandemic and supply... shortages but.....not as good. Wait staff gave someone next to us a hard time about a bad glass of wine! Waitress argued thatshe wouldn't take it off the bill. She seemed sorry at first but then it went downhill. Other customers overheard it too. Notgood for business. Our food wasn't as good as usual either! Too bad. Read more
Gem in Scranton, not far from Nay Aug Park. Simple menu with a good beer selection. Traditional domestics and a variety of... craft beer. This bar has an old city soul, situated in a neighborhood with a few tables outside and a well situated multi-levelinterior. What an adorable neighborhood bar! So cozy and friendly. there's a bar area, tables for eating, and the cutest little Loft nook... with a fireplace for hanging out and chatting. The menu looks great. so I only had waffle fries, I considered ordering thebrussel sprouts appetizer, the tacos, the salad, and the rib tips. Tonight there was live music---a duo playing guitar andmandolin and singing in beautiful harmony. What a lovely gem. I will definitely be hanging here more often in the future. Read more
Great little place on Prescott Ave in Scranton, you can hardly notice it is there. Love the decor inside, beer was cold, lots of... choices. Food menu was small but the food was very good. Love that they have two ladies bathrooms Read more
