Horrible service. We were a large party and had to wait over 45 minutes just to get drink orders in, after we were seated AND... had made reservations. We were told our business wasn't needed and that we could leave. I was celebrating my birthday withfriends and family. This was a horrendous experience! I have been there plenty of times before and truly do like their food. Iunderstand that many places are understaffed and overwhelmed. But these aren't reason enough to treat any customers the way wewere treated. While their food is good, service is just as important. I will not be supporting this business ever again! Read more

My clients picked this spot for lunch and they ordered online. I ordered the salmon teriyaki. When I arrived I parked on the... street nearby. I walked in and apparently spoke to the wrong person because he basically ignored me. When the lady server cameout she greeted me and took my name and payment. Another nice lady came out and said the food would be ready soon. The food cameout after about 5 more minutes and the nice lady handed me everything. Do you like excellent, top-quality, delicious Japanese food? Do you like timely service from a wait staff that works like a... well-oiled machine? If so, DON'T EAT AT OSAKA. The food is mediocre at best, and the staff are absolutely incompetent. With a6:45 reservation, we were made to wait until 7:10 to be seated on account of a table not being ready. The kicker was that therewere 7 wait staff on duty, and none could be bothered to stop leaning on the counter to prepare the table. After being seated,we waited 10 additional minutes for a drink order to be placed. We walked out after waiting for 5 more minutes. On top of allthat, the manager was rude and dismissive.
