Train your staff please. Do you not care about your business at all? This place could do double the sales if they so much as... even acknowledged a customer! I sat in the drive through for 15 mins with no car in front of me I finally left. The 5 carsbehind me I sat in McDonald?s parking lot and watched them leave one by one as well. The chicken is excellent when and if youcan get it. What is it with this location? Never have any chicken made, forced to wait u til you leave, or told it will be 10mins for a chicken sandwich, most likely in hopes you will leave. This place really needs a management team. So sad! Yikes! Worst Popeyes I've been too. I love Popeyes but this place makes me dislike it because of how everything is with this... place. Always cutting corners and are failing to give proper portions for what you pay for. They aren't even giving more theyare giving less. They substitute other items for mashed potatoes. Feel bad for the staff because they seem miserable there. Notvery clean and should be shut down or have new management at least. Hate to see such a franchise cripple itself because ofmanagement. Literally the WORST Popeye?s in the 4 states I?ve enjoyed Popeye?s. Every time!!! They are always out of everything. Tried one... last time and I ordered a 2 pc chicken combo of a leg and thigh, but received 2 horribly battered Pattie?s, no bone justPattie?s. Flat coke no ice and threw out the coke slaw because it tasted like it might send me to the bathroom. Even worse isthe fact none of the people there working care! Read more
Friendly service but the food all together just wasn?t good. The meat taste old and the apple pie just wasn?t good at all! Would rate zero stars, but the soda was okay this time, but the rest flavorless besides the taste of the oil they cooked it with... as if rarely any seasoning was added and on top of it the manager or assistant manager was pretty confident that I wasn't goingto get a refund or at least partial if I were to bring the food there with the receipt and also said cooperate was not going todo the same as well and i felt too disgusted to want it replaced and when I called customer services they said they were goingto do a follow up on that got my name and number and was told that they wouldn't do it, so yeah last time going there and hopeno one gets sick off of the food from there... these are the pictures that i decided to remove from the trash to take and shareto see the appearances. the fries definitely looked different . The food was ok but the chicken was a dried out. Also they didn't have any sauces which really sucked, you can't eat chicken... without hot sauce!!!!! The prices are not bad and the costumer service was pretty good even though they didn't have any chickenleft and we had to wait a half hour. I will go back again but hopefully they get it right this time!!!! Read more
