Long waits and poor customer service.
When I went to Scranton University this was my FAVORITE place to go swallow down my morning cup of warm Joe to get me rockin and... rollin before a long hard day pounding away at the books. Within the Denaples building at the University. Everything you would expect.
The people that work here are so nice. They actually try to remember your name and make you feel welcome beyond being a... customer. They even ask you what you thought of drinks you had on a different day (depending on how busy they are). Read more
