Ordered a power chicken bowl with extra chicken .. please see picture .. and literally 6 small pieces of chicken.. when I asked... if it was double one of the employees was very rude and dismissive.. I don't mind paying more for more chicken but cmon.. ivealways enjoyed tb but was 1- jipped on the food.. had to ask for more and wad given more and 2- rudely treated by staff.. defwill not be coming back.. why do I have to create a confrontation to get what I pay for? Night Shift crew is unprofessional. I went to pickup an order and I was waiting nearly 15 minutes. There was people in the back... working and the person taking care of drive thru, but there was nobody at the cashier and the crew kept looking at us, butdidn?t even care to ask us for our orders. After waiting I asked for my pickup order and the food was already by the backcounter just waiting!!!? The kid there didn?t even put all of the delivery orders where they were supposed to go. The managerwas also there and didn?t even bother to take care of the people there waiting. Worst Taco Bell spot to order your food. Atleast for Night Shift. They will only take care of you on drive thru!! Read more
I haven't had my food wrong at this place yet. They either forget some of my food or a drink. It's ok with the food but nothing... to go crazy about. Mainly just dislike when I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the cash register to take myorder. If you have a card however you can just use the screen instead inside. Not a bad place to get food just isn't exactlywelcoming. Read more
Used to be decent food, cheap. Not anymore, unfortunately. Portion sizes were reduced significantly and prices went up. ... Consider other places for your dining pleasure. Read more
I go to this Taco Bell since it?s the closest to my residence. My order is almost never correct. Line is always long late at... night (which is the time I get off work and want something to eat). I don?t recommend coming here unless you maybe come earlier.Double check your order before pulling away from window if the line is long too. I have had truly awful experiences here. Read more
Worst Taco Bell in Lakawanna County. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It is supose to close at 11, closed at 10... I made an... online order to pickup and arrived to find the door closed. Very slow service, not kind at all. They even refused menu orderitems. Every single time is a very bad experience. One time the manager told us at 9:45 p.m. that we have to order, eat andleave before 10 pm, and I repeat, it's supose to close at 11. I love Taco Bell...but this one is garbage...believe me¡¡¡garbage!!! Every day of week, every time at day...garbage. Manager even yelled at us when we were just asking them to giveus the drinks of the meal we waited for in our car for almost an hour. Every single time a bad service, every singletime...never a good experience, not once. Today was the last time I tried...we arrive at 9:45, we recieve our order at 10:40with no sodas, so we had to wait again. Go the one located in Pittston or the one at Dickson City...never to the one at OliveSt...believe me IT IS GARBAGE. Read more
My friend and I ordered on the app for about 30 minutes from the order time because we were busy and knew it would take us about... 15 minutes to get there. They started making the food ASAP so I have no doubt my food was cold because it sat for so long. Notto mention, my friend had a bit of a bigger order and they had to remake her order upon arrival because THEY GAVE HER ORDER TOSOMEONE ELSE. With an order that was decently sized I will never understand HOW they gave her order to someone else, and thendidn't apologize for their lack of organization or even offer her a drink while she waited.
