It wasn't the worst but it could have been better. I ordered the lamb gyro and fries. The gyro sauce just didn't have any... flavor, neither did the lamb. It wasn't very fresh like I'm used to. I was looking for something to grab to eat and came across this restaurant. I called in my order of a chicken wrap and chicken... platter. When I arrived I had to find parking on the street. When I walked in I was greeted and waiting my turn in this small,cute cafe. My food was ready and I paid and left. When I dug in the food was good. The only thing I could of done without is thechips in the platter and the pickled cabbage in the wrap. All in all I had a good experience. Read more

Absolutely love this place. We all know Scranton is severely lacking in cultural culinary diversity, but The Garden comes... running to the rescue. The hummus and rice bowls are out of this world. Please take a break from eating pizza, burgers, and wingbites and come visit The Garden for some real food!! Your stomach will thank you. Try the Turkish hummus! Read more

Waitress forgot our drink order almost simultaneously after we gave it to her. Next I got served the order from the couple in... front of us (mind you its only this couple and my girlfriend and I in the restaurant at this time). Got the right order and foodwas good however I noticed my girlfriends salad was brown and withered. I overheard the waitress say to the couple behind us?I?m sorry I don't know how I forgot that.? After that she assumed I wanted a box for my girlfriends brown salad. I was good. Weleft her a $5 tip on $35.78, (never left that low of a tip) and proceeded to the front where she left my credit card on the maincounter where the takeout customers pay. she walked to the table as we were leaving and said ?are you serious?? From the very beginning of making the reservation, the staff were wonderful. The ambiance is great and the food so... delicious. The food took awhile so be prepared to wait but every bit worth the wait! They cared about our dining experience andchecked with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed.
