Please, please, please fix this Chipotle. My husband and I love their food and live so close to this one but physically and... mentally can?t bring ourselves to try ?just one more time?. We?ve hit every issue mentioned in other reviews?from waitingforever for online order, wrong order, missing items, unkempt/dirty tables and floors, and trash on floor. In One instance theydid not receive my order altogether. After waiting 30 minutes past my past my pick up time they finally gave it to me missing anentire burrito. Thankfully I realized it in the car, went back in and?surprise surprise, had to wait another 15 mins. Andthere?s no way any of the kids working here are NOT completely stoned. This is probably the worse chipotle I?ve been to in NJ. I placed a mobile order and arrived right on time with my pick up time.... I also received a notification the order was done as I arrived. I walked in and waited ten mins to get acknowledged by one ofthe 8 workers in the kitchen. They wouldn?t even look up and seemed overwhelmed with the dine in line. This is one of the best Chipotle locations in the area. I eat here frequently and I am always impressed by the staff,... specifically Cherita. Every time I come in, Cherita has made me smile with her warmth, energy and positive interactions withcustomers. I give her a lot of credit for all the hard work she puts in, especially when mobile orders are backed up and there?sa crazy line. Cherita is always the one to sort everything out and make sure customers walk away happy, even after a long waittime. The food is also great! Read more

This Chipotle is a trainwreck. Online orders only? Been like that for weeks. Get it together! Food is always cold even if they... make it in front of you. Have to order double protein because they barely put any on to begin with. Even today with doubleprotein I barely had a single portion. I thought Chipotle had better standards. Just ordered through door dash for pick up as the website doesn?t take Apple Pay and I had forgotten my card. They also are only... taking digital orders due to short staff? fine. Place my order through door dash go to pick it up they have no idea what I?mtalking about and don?t have my order. I go get my phone show them I placed an order there not the wrong one and someone comesup with my order. Great. Our burrito barely has anything in it and the burrito bowl is supposed to have chicken but there isliterally 4 pieces of chicken in it . So I?m eating a rice and guac bowl. The staff seemed very overwhelmed with all thedigital orders with probably 8 of them there so why not order the normal way? I know covid times but this chipotle has gone waydown hill. I never write reveiws but this was the worst chipotle ive been to. Do not come to this chipotle. They do not have ordering in... person, they took 10 mins longer then the time they said they would, they gave only 10 chips for the queso, the workers werevery rude, the drink machine was broken, the forget the queso, they gave me 5 pieces of chicken. I ordered my food on the app because you can't order in store. Said order would be ready at a certain time. I went in at that... time to get it and it wasn't ready. I ordered 3 bowls and all 3 were different sizes. Almost like half full bowls except forone. They were also cold. I watched them make them and they put the rice beans and meat in the bowl and it sat on the counterfor approximately 4 or 5 minutes until they started working on it again. Why can't we give 0 stars!? This is the worst chipotle we have ever been to. The place is a pig pen. Literally, not one table is... clean, the bathroom disgusting. I have been twice and we have to clean the table ourselves. There are literally like 12teenagers working the line and the portions are tiny. It is insane Chipotle allows their name put on this place because itdefinitely stands out as one of the worst. What a poor representation of the brand...Chipotle needs to do some surprise visitshere because they would be shocked by how dirty it is....I'd like to ask these people that work there...if you went to someone'shouse to eat and there was trash and food littered on every surface you could eat at, would you be fine with eating there?
