This place is AMAZING!!! We came across it by accident on our way to Deep Cut Gardens and I?m so glad we did! I have a condition... that causes dietary restrictions, so it?s very hard to find food on the go that won?t make me feel sick, but I could eatEVERYTHING at Fresh Kitchen! All the ingredients were so delicious on their own, I didn?t even need the dressing. The raspberrygreen tea was the icing on the cake! Not too sweet but plenty of flavor. Thank you for offering these healthy non processedingredients for people like me. You have no idea how much it means to me. Now open a location in South Jersey so I can visit ALLTHE TIME! Read more

What a lovely surprise of a find! I always look for the healthiest options when I travel for work, and Fresh Kitchen DEFINITELY... didn?t disappoint. I love how fast it was ready, and that you are able to customize what you order. The portion is huge! Itlasted me 2 meals. But everting tasted so fresh. I don?t particularly like when I go to places and I?m unsure what types of oilsand spices they are using, which is what stood out about Fresh Kitchen. It seemed that all items were mostly boiled or steamed,very fitting for the name. I had the chicken as my protein, so I?m unsure if the other options were spiced or not. But overall,I was very happy and will definitely be back if I?m back in the area again. Read more
Wish they had more vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options but food was clean, fresh, and tasty. The staff is knowledgeable... and confident about the food they serve which is reassuring. Believe it or not, not all owners, staff, managers of certain otherfood establishments are and Fresh IS, which should be acknowledged and appreciated. Fresh Kitchen is one of my favorite places in Sea Girt! I love the freshness of their salads, and grain bowls. Please try... their grilled tofu which is the best I have ever had. The only negative for me, is that their soups base is made with chicken. So if you are a vegetarian, stick with the salad or grain bowl. Definitely a must when in Sea Girt. Read more

I feel like I was generous by giving 3 stars for the reason that I continue ordering from here because when my order is correct... I love that this is such a healthy take out option. However, I typically order delivery when my daughter is napping and can?tleave the house and my order is wrong so often I?ve lost count. Anywhere from not removing ingredients that I asked to leave outor adding ingredients I never asked for like meat when I?m a vegetarian and then I?m completely grossed out and can?t even eatthe meal all together. I keep giving this place chances because like I said when it?s correct it?s good but it?s sodisappointing that I can?t be confident my order will be correct when delivered. Read more
