Placed an order on an app for pick up. My husband picked it up and they gave him someone else?s order. When he got home we... called and they said they have no record of my order. I explained that I have an order confirmation from their location withorder # and my credit card has already been charged. The girl then hung up the phone on me. Horrible customer service allaround.
