Fantastic food! The mozzarella app was perfectly thinly breaded and presented on a pesto swirl. The staff was attentive and... interactive. This was my 1st time at the restaurant. My daughter has been there before so we went off her recommendation. Service was good... and appetizers were good (clams in red sauce) I had veal fontana for dinner (veal, prosciutto and Mozzarella in a cognacDemi-glaze sauce. When my meal came out it had French fries as a side. I was surprised but to make it worse they were cold andhad a freezer burn taste. I asked for a side of spaghetti and got a small bowl of spaghetti already tossed in sauce that wasabout 4 fork fulls and was charged 14.00 for it. We were celebrating my daughters birthday so service brought her ordered NYcheesecake with a candle and sang which was very nice. I ordered a piece of lemon -blueberry cheesecake which by taste was oldand dry. I compared it to my daughters and it was old not fresh. I have dined at many Italian restaurants in my life but I thinkthis was up there with the sub par experiences. Read more

The food was delicious, great service, reasonably priced. The only mishap was the salad we ordered needed a little more TLC in... the making. We returned it and it was taken off our bill. But the main courses and the desserts looked very appetizing and weredelicious. We will definitely go back and strongly recommend it. Read more

Disappointing to say the least. Dinner that I ordered was different from what was described on menu. When I questioned it, the... waitress told me I ordered the wrong thing. She then brought the 2nd dinner and it was still incorrect. I asked to see the menuto make sure that I read it correctly which I did. She had attitude. After 2 mistakes, I just asked for check which took a verylong time to get. Will not be returning! Read more

It's important to know what your getting here. An upscale authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Sea Isle. So if you are for... a deal or a cheap night out this is not your place. If you are looking for a place to get reasonably priced spaghetti this isnot your place. We went with our 4 little girls 7, 4, 3, and 1 knowing there isn't a kid menu but rather half portions. Theydon't even have kid cups but our server wrapped coffee mugs with plastic wrap to try and accommodate. Ideal? No. But they madeattempts to help us. My point is we read other reviews and knew what to expect. The food was great and service was great. Was ita value at $204 for 2 adults and 4 kids? No, but we didn't go there for value. Would we go again? Possibly. We don't come to SeaIsle much so with the numerous other options we would probably try other places they may be a bit more kid friendly and possiblycome here without the kids. We would have felt more justified in the price had we not had the stress of dealing with 4 kids. Read more

Ok I understand the status of our economy however we orders takeout tonight and I have to say disappointed the size of the... portions that we paid for were nothing less then a small appetizer size. I don’t know if they think because it’s not eat Inthey could get away with it. My son treated and was happy to but what he arrived home with was so disappointing. Will notorder from there again to say the least I could have made enough pasta for ourselves and after seeing what I got I should havehowever being a resident in out shore town I want to support. The best Italian food since we were in Italy. Everything was amazing. Wonderful service and a cozy dining room. We will be back!
