I was in the restaurant industry for about 20 years and this is the best overall dining experience I've had I'd say in 15 years.... From the hostess greeting you when you walk through the door, to the outstanding wait staff the professionalism in this placeand then the food is just amazing and you smell it when you come through the door. All I can smell is fajitas and I loved it.The waitress told me that they observed about 50 just tonight on the night shift. It's just amazing the aroma and the restaurantis captivating. I just got my order on doordash literally 5 mins ago and found a few flies in my son chicken finger plate, he?s absolutely... horrified. To the chili?s I order on 6/26/22 @ 4:05 it was a chicken finger kids plate and the appetizer sliders with fries. Iwould of expected more from you guys. Read more
I have been to many overseas Chili's locations but never one in America and my dad had never been to one. So we decided to give... them a shot since they had free meals for veterans on Veteran's day. The wait staff was friendly and quick to seat us. Therewere good options on the menun we got. The food tasted great and had good service throughout our meal. The only negative we hadwas after eating we didn't have space for desert, not always a bad problem to have. I got the Margherita Chicken which waslarger than i was expecting and was delicious. Thank you Chili's for the great lunch and supporting our veterans. You made ourday a million times better and we'll be back to try more menu items. Read more

Well start with the positive the waitress was attentive , friendly and accommodating Now why its 2 star the menus are thru an... app fair enough been using that all pandemic , but the WiFi was absolutely horrendous and thats their guest on and the serviceeven thru my carrier wouldn?t go through. My boss brought me here for a quick lunch meeting and I was a bit hesitant. I tend to consider Chili's more of a fast food... restaurant. I was more impressed with the professional service and sincerity of our server by the name of Dee. She was really onher game and made us feel very welcomed. Their drinks were yummy and enjoyed sitting by the window in the booth. Felt cozy. :) Read more
