This place is a DISASTER! The line of cars always wraps around the building and goes into the street. I'm sure they are... understaffed but to make matters worse? The indoor dining area is STILL closed!!! Why is this? If you opened it up, it would runmuch more smoothly because it would give people two options rather than one. Read more
Food is good but the company that owns this franchise can't manage this location. Lines always to the street, dining room... consistently closed, and they loose so much business by patrons driving by like me. If they could only make this place aninviting place to work, people would work here but they would rather see the business fail and loose sales day after day weekafter week. The food is always great but the company can't fix this staffing issue or service issue. In addition, I asked for aside of mayonnaise and the manager refused. Maybe it's the Seabrook vibe here. We like their food and totally understand they are understaffed sometimes. But why is this place still open ! The last 3 times... we picked up at the drivethru, we have either gotten the wrong order or been missing items (including the chicken). There isjust NO excuse for that!
