The food at Kume is delicious whether your coming in for hibachi, having sushi or both! The sushi/seafood is so fresh! Wait... staff is always very friendly and when placing to-go orders they are always accommodating of my family’s special dietaryrestrictions making substitutions when needed. Excellent place for sushi. As for gluten free, don't trust the food gf labels on the menu. I had to explain to the waitress why... a couple of the items they have marked as gf are actually not. She was very receptive to the information and said the owner isworking on changing the labeling. All and all, a very nice place all around. I would definitely go back! Read more
The food and service was decent. Our hibachi chef was entertaining, but overall the atmosphere was a bit much. Lots of yelling... that was meant to liven things up, but instead it became annoying after a while. Read more

We really enjoyed dinner at Kume. The kids always enjoy the show and the food is fresh and delicious. Each dish yields a lot of... food when you add on rice (and you have to do that!), so we usually share. It’s on the pricier end for teppanyaki stylerestaurants. They also offer a dine in without the teppanyaki style on the other side of the restaurant. We did not try thatpart of the menu or service though. We love Kume! We tried a few new items this time and I have to say I really enjoyed it! The seafood was delicious! The dessert... was interesting and delicious and we order the Gyoza every single time we go and that is my ultimate favorite! Read more

Just a snapshot in time, but on this day the salmon was chewy in my rolls. I can't help but think a decent sushi man (or woman)... would, or at least should, be able to recognize below average product. This makes me wonder if the lunch special may not be sospecial as its a means of burning through substandard inventory? Maybe I'm thinking too much. The hibachi has always been prettygood, though presentation quality can be hit or miss. This being said, this is the first time in a half dozen or so visits I'veexperienced a not so great meal.
