First off, I have always loved outback. One of me and my husband‘s favorite restaurants. But I have to say since Covid service... has gone so downhill which I guess is because of their lack of staffing. Their food is so good and their prices are veryreasonable, but it’s so slow and the wait is so long that it turns people off. Their drinks also are super weak, which is toobad they never were that way. Read more

Overall it was an okay experience. It was my first experience at an Outback Steakhouse. The cocktails we had were very good and... the bartender was so nice and informative of the menus. However with my plate of food the shrimp was over cooked and salty, thesteak came out a medium rare instead of medium well. The seasoning in the rest of the food was non-existent. Read more

Called ahead for 2 orders of wings, hot, and one coconut shrimp. Asked what bill would be and put on hold 10 minutes. They... picked up 2 more times and said it would be another minute. Finally, picked up a 3rd time and told us the total. Arrived andwaited while 2 other cars came that came after us was served. Order finally arrived and server said ill be right back with you$ 9 dollars and change on a $30 dollar bill. Never came back. Called and never came out. Finally went inside and same serversaid,"oh I am sorry ,I thought you were all set". I said no and you said you would be right back with the change". She the gaveme the 30% back on a $30 dollar take out order back.Obviously playing games and trying to fleece customers for a tip for lousyservice. No wonder this restaurant is tanking around the country.Got home only to find out they didn't give us one order of ourwings and the are mild and not hot.Called and manager said they would send us a certificate for another order of wings, which Iam not holding my breath to arrive, but we will see and ill be back with another review if not. Seriously the worst of theworst. Save your money and business because they don't deserve them. Really needs to close and the sooner the better. Outbackhas truly gone under !! PS I would give negative 5 stars if I had this option. Read more

The Seabrook Outback is the single worst restaurant I have ever been to. Lady refused to give us one of the 9 empty booths. Guy... at the table next to us never got his meal and they admitted to forgetting about him. Then they served me this $28 "rare" primerib. Thing was gray all the way through. Read more

Food was good and restaurant was clean. Writing this review specifically to say the staff at this location were excellent. We... came close to closing time and never once felt rushed by the staff. Our server was friendly, took my gluten allergy seriously, and was knowledgeable about how items on the menu were prepared. Overall I was impressed by well the staff worked as a team andthought they deserve recognition for that. Read more

It's been a long time since the last time I had been to an Outback Steakhouse but we were in the area of the only Outback left... in the area so we just had to stop by for old time's sake. Upon pur arrival the place was empty other than the bar area. We hadplaced our orders but roughly 10 minutes later we were informed they were out of what I had ordered. So I placed a secondaryorder and a few minutes after that I was informed they were also out of that dish. At this point it was somewhat frustratingthat the server did not know what they were out of or the kitchen wasn't communicating what they were out of, especiallyconsidering how slow it was in the establishment. But finally after the third choice they had everything we requested. My foodobviously was not ready with the rest of our food but we had the time so it was mostly fine. It definitely could have been aneasier dining experience. Our servers reasoning was that she didn't typically work that night, though I'm not sure whatdifference it makes in the kitchen. So we probably won't be running back to an Outback anytime soon. Read more

Had a less than desirable experience this afternoon that could have been resolved, but wasn’t and now I’m here to lend some... suggestions in hopes of improving the service as I’d like to come try again. The longer wait times are totally understandablewith the industry being so short staffed these days, no problems there. Two of my family members requested substitutions ontheir meals; and when they received them, the substituted toppings were hastily covering up what was requested to have beenremoved. A lazy move that drastically altered the tastes of the meals and left my family members still hungry. While relayingthis information to our waitress, who is probably either overworked or uninspired, seemed bothered that I wanted to offer inputon our meals. A GM did come and check in with us shortly after, but just collected information and assigned blame on others forthe mistakes, “on the managers”. No comp or re-makes were offered at all. The last thing in the world I would ever want is acomped meal, but I would absolutely expect the offer. This is a friendly reminder that even though these things seem so smalland insignificant, your restaurant provides a 60 minute escape and a warm meal for people dealing with this crazy world and hardtimes. That’s a major responsibility, but also an amazing opportunity. Positive experiences will keep guests coming backdespite soaring inflation and tightening supply chains. If your staff isn’t seeing this opportunity and delivering, I wouldsuggest implementing leadership training or at least making the effort to inspire management a bit. Thanks for your time, wemight we back! Read more
