They were out of the standard bread for sandwiches, and seemed incapable of getting me a receipt. After a long wait the manager... got a computer printed copy for me, very odd. Quality of food at Panera has gone downhill over the years. I don't think I'll beback. Read more

2nd time I go on my lunch break to wait in the drive through, order my food and be turned away at the window because they don?t... have change for my legal tender. I called to complain and the person who picked up the phone claimed she was a manager, sameperson at the drive through so she knew why I was calling. I told her my concerned and was put on hold then someone elseanswered the phone very rudly ?hello can I help you? I said idk I was just on the phone with someone and then they said againhow can I help you? Rudly and I told them to F off and I hung up. I called corporate left a message, waiting for an answer ! Panera offers a one price per month all you can drink coffee, lemonades etc. Sip Club, $10.99 mo. Was $8.99 6 mo ago when I... joined.. Any Panera Worldwide. Comfortable place BUT I've noticed they haven't been keeping up on fresh coffee in cannisters andit's only Sept. Hmmm Read more

I've always said I was going to die either eating or driving and today both almost took me out at the same time. I ordered this... delicious avo, spinach, egg white sandwich with bacon on my way to work and wanted to eat on my drive in. I was unprepared forthe steaming, cooked in the underworld, egg white that delivered a hard first degree burn to my mouth. Immediately I gasped andinhaled some of the scorching white fluffiness and went into a coughing fit that caused me to swerve while also trying not todie.... I'm definitely awake now and the sandwich was delicious once I let it cool completely. The cashier working the drivethrough was extremely nice at checkout as well. My only suggestion would be to warn a customer when it's going to be that hot.Like hey this was just cooked give it a minute to cool or something along those lines. Read more

First of all I just would like to say that this place is extremely understaffed and I could see from the get go they could use... more employees. With that being said these guys absolutely killed it! They were extremely polite even through a completely rudecustomer that was wrong about her own order, they were quick with the ordering system then quick with the food window. I did notcatch any names but the older woman working the front and older woman working the kitchen were both great employees! Theygreeted every guest with a smile and killed it under immense pressure! Read more

I am in good Business running number of restaurant and fast food. They give me a dirty cups with food all over when I told them... they throw a cup and upset. I have no idea how this place has 4 stars? Ordered broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. I then picked up my soup in a bowl. I... said to the woman ( manager?) She seemed to be in charge, that I ordered my soup in a breadbowl she told me very sternly thatthey had no more left , and that i wasn't charged for the breadbowl. my wife told her and me that there were 3 breadbowls on thebakery rack but for some reason she didn't seem to care that there were breadbowls she seemed very non caring and definitely notfriendly.So i guess the customer is wrong on this one? Nobody working there seemed to want to work. a girl was walking aroundspraying clean tables with cleaner overspraying everywhere just to kill time nothing beats eating than getting some nice purelloverspray! I felt bad for the cashier who was in training by himself with 8 people deep on a Friday night in line he had noidea what to do or what to say to anyone asking questions maybe they should have someone up front helping him out not his faultbut the management for putting him in that situation.
