I was told by the employees that this location is drive thu only even though I was able to walk in. I was in a work van that... wouldn't fit under the 9ft clearance. Two of the employees were standing around doing nothing instead of just helping me out soI could get some quick food and get to the next job. We placed an online order for KFC and waited in line here for 20 minutes only to be told that KFC was closed and there was no... order. We paid online. A sign would be nice saying that KFC was closed. Read more
We've stopped going for multiple reasons. The dining room has been closed for years now even though other area Taco Bells have... opened theirs. Drive through is insanely slow to the point where 40 minutes is a normal wait. They also close early atrandom. Hint: if you're having trouble staffing your store then PAY A FAIR WAGE. Other area fast food locations are more orless back to normal so there's really no excuse at this point. Read more
Their customer service is horrible. Our food was cold. There's no reason why being only the third person in line that we should... have been waiting over 20 minutes in that line. Never open when they say. Online says open 1030am-11pm, go anytime before noon or anytime after 7 and they are CLOSED. Yeah... you?re ?short staffed? but if you?re all standing outside smoking cigarettes at 1150am then I?m pretty sure you can open thedrive thru. Would give zero stars if I could.
