Beautiful inside. The girl taking our order was far from friendly. My spicy chicken sandwich was okay. This was my first visit... and I expected something other than a piece of chicken on a dry roll. Horrible Quality of Staff and Fresh Food At Seaford Location!!! Every Chick-Fil-A thus far my experience had always been... positive up until today when I visited this location. I ordered a crispy chicken Cobb salad, as I generally do when I eat atthis fast food chain. I was not pleased with it as it was not fresh. I returned to the restaurant and a cashier proceeded toprocess my return, at this time a crew member, Meaghan, approached asking what was the problem. At this time I assumed she mayhave been the manager and I shared the issue. She proceeded to rebuttal, and debate with me adamant that the salad was fresh.She even inspected the container while in front of other patrons and repeatedly stated ?It?s fresh?. Mind you the container hadno sticker on it notating date of when it was prepared. I simply shared it was not. Meaghan was ill- mannered , confrontational,aggressive, short- tempered, disgruntled and unfriendly, character traits I typically would not associate with the staff membersat Chick-Fil-A .She walked off abruptly, and refused to give me her name, ignoring me as I asked. I went to my car and returnedwith my phone. I received my refund, after Meaghan signaled for the cashier to do so non chalantly. I did ask to speak withPaige, the manager, who witnessed the entire incident and never once addressed the crew member for her disorderly conduct duringthe exchange. I mean the staff member strutted through the back as if she knew her behavior was acceptable and there would notbe any repercussions. I had to request to the Manager that she should address the staff member as she asked me what did I want,my money back or another salad. I shared I had already received my refund and would like for her to share with that staff memberhow to handle herself in a better manner. Whomever decorated this restaurant did a fantastic job .... The place is clean... The food tastes good... It looks like a high... class fancy restaurant vibe... Their food was great. The staff is friendly an amazing. I loved seeing the smiles as you walk in the door. They're very eager to... help. They have stuff coming to the table to take your trash and ask if you want refills. And to see if you're okay. There'smanagers all over the place.
