I love their blizzards but never have the same kind prepared the same way twice! They need more instruction on portion sizes.

I moved to Seaford, DE, last April and this particular Dairy Queen was a Godsend on many occasions. Especially after the many... long days of getting my new house prepared the way I had envisioned it. The crew at this Dairy Queen has never faltered intheir kindness and superb service. The burgers were so yummy. We enjoyed the food. We also had ice cream after our meal which was equally delicious. The staff was... very friendly and helpful. We noticed they did carryout ice cream cakes, the staff wrote on them too, which was awesome! Read more
The food was okay. I ordered a $6 meal with only lettuce, ketchup and Mayo. She asked me 3x to repeat myself I said it clearly... each time. So she repeats it, it was correct. Well me working for a fast food place should?ve known to check this burger. I walkin the door open the wrapper. Only ketchup. ???? so you mean to tell me I repeated myself over and over again for it to still bewrong . The whole time I was ordering the lady taking my order was just straight up ignorant. I get working fast food and shortstaffed can be a hassle but that doesn?t mean disrespect someone cause your having a rough patch in your day. All around I thinkthe service could?ve been better. Cashier was confused. Food was ordered wrong. Bathrooms were dirty. All the tables were dirty. Won't be coming back here.
