Horrible service stood in love for 15 minutes they took no one?s orders didn?t even acknowledge any of the customers. Myself and... another customer left after waiting too long and being ignored. Went to Hardee?s for a milkshake. Been there several times before because my father who?s at a nursing home likes them. I?ve... never had any issues. This time I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes when I got the milkshake it was even frozen. I sawthe girl through the window mixing it for 10+ minutes. Needless to say I told her I didn?t want it & left. I understand beingshort handed but to offer me melted ice cream & call it a milkshake. The shakes say $3.99 but then they charge .30 cents forwhip cream. I?ll never go there again. Went to Arbys & my dad said he liked it better. I do not recommend this Hardee?s at all.I saw a manager inside but she was overwhelmed to say the least. Read more
Their food is of good quality, but unfortunately 9 times out of 10 it comes out wrong! Even after I get confirmation on... screen... This last trip was for breakfast, my husband's waffle chix sandwich was so disappointing. The waffle on top was splitinto small pieces barely the size of 50 cent pieces!!
