It is ok. We eat here probably once a month. I'd say pass on the Lotsa pizza. We typically order it an every time it falls... below expectation...underdone crusts or sub par ingredients (think inedible onion with casing still on or crunchy bits of meat). Read more
Service is starting to become poor. Food preparedness, presentation ,and packaging is sloppy as well as orders being miss... understood while prices continue to climb. I hope we can turn this around soon. Read more
So disappointed in the service at Pizza King these days. There are always young kids in there that never want to work! I went in... to pick up my order that i placed on the app ahead of time. With that being said, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutesthan the time it said it would be ready. As someone that has gone here since I was a kid, i am slowly losing any respect that Ihad for the establishment. The waitresses want nothing to do with the pick up counter, to the effect that there was a waitresson her phone in the corner rhay allowed me to stand at the counter for 10 minutes and the girls working the counter wouldrather be on their phone or chatting instead of helping a well paying customer ???? I'd like to share a little bit about Pizza King I've only gone there a few times many years ago in Laurel and ate pizza with my... girlfriend. However I now live in Bridgeville and I am from the suburbs of Philadelphia and we all know about Phillycheesesteaks anyway I've had a lot of cheesesteaks since 1992 since I've moved to Delaware but nothing never came close toPhilly cheese steaks for me about 2 months ago my Aid and I ordered cheese steaks from Pizza King and Seaford they were the bombI have never ever had a cheesesteak that came close to Philly cheesesteaks as they do. They're cheesesteaks are excellent I willnever ever go anywhere else other than Pizza King for my cheese steaks from here on out I highly recommend Pizza King forcheesesteaks Pizza crab fries etc just wanted to put a shout out to them for their awesome cheesesteaks keep up the good work. Our family has always enjoyed the food from this establishment. Occasionally things are over-cooked or not made to request.... However the last time I visited this establishment at least a month ago I was provided a total that was higher than what isCLEARLY listed on the online menu. So today when I went online, again the rate shown CLEARLY online is not the rate that isbeing charged. I understood the 1st time this happened, as they said rates had just changed. However, after a month the ratelisted online should 100% be the rate that you are charged. Especially since there is not even any type of disclaimer statingthat the rate may be subject to change. When I inquired about this issue I was given an odd look from 1 girl and anotheractually gave me very rude attitude stating that the man who is supposed to fix this online pricing has been out of town (whichis exactly what I was told a month ago) then she proceeded (with attitude) to tell me well you can go to walmart & if the priceis higher than whats labelled they charge you the higher price... however, I've worked for "Walmart" & know 1st hand that if aproduct (especially when multiple of that item is on the shelf) shows 1 price on the shelf but scans a different (higher) pricethey actually will give you the item for the rate that is LABELED .... Updated review (4-star): WOW WOW WOW. Wasn't expecting a response and was completely blown away by PK's kindness! Someone from... Pizza King responded to the review promptly. Not only did s/he refund the meal's cost the day PK responded - even though we'deaten the fries (SO DELICIOUS!) - but the restaurant also sent us a gift card, which we received a few days ago. We are lookingforward to trying PK again!! original review (1-star): SO disappointed. Moved here recently & heard good things about PK. 1storder last month - pizza and fries - was good. Ordered plain steaks last night...or tried to. Husband wanted mushrooms on hisand nothing else; I wanted mushrooms and bacon but nothing else. Tried to make it crystal clear with "special instructions".Instead, PK made us steaks with everything we DIDN'T want (pickles, peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, some kind of sauce?mayo?). He found 4 bits of mushrooms; I found 2 and a burnt 'chip' of bacon. Oh well. The search for a Seaford restaurant with agood steak sandwich will continue. Read more
