ROFO has worked hard (it seems) to improve the customer experience at their stores. This location is extremely modern and well... designed. It has a bright and open look and feel. The bathroom (mens) was in remarkably GOOD condition today and that is a bigdeal. Many gas pumps so no waiting Easy on and off the highway from the Southbound side. There is a traffic light also thatcan simplify your access. There is a fair amount of commercial vehicles moving here so you need to watch out for that. Greatlocation. Read more
This store is disgusting. The parking lot has trash for days at a time. The deli is so dirty, I wouldn?t feed my dog from it.
You may want to hire some better employees back in the kitchen. Went in tonight around 5:30 (dinner time) and wanted to order a... 12 pack of dark meat chicken. The girl behind the counter told me it would be about 25 mins and I said ok, placed my order,grabbed receipt, and as I went to walk away she very rudely said ?it?s still gonna be 25-30 mins do you want me to give youtenders instead?? And I said no, I would wait. I could tell she was annoyed. So my 2 year old and I got some snacks and waited.Around 25 mins later I walked up near the counter so I wouldn?t miss them calling my number. I see her putting stuff up on thecounter but I tried not to stare because I didn?t want to rush them and next thing I know the girl who made my order is clockingout across the other side of the store. There is an order up there that looks like mine but I see the other employee stilllooking at receipts and grabbing stuff so I figured maybe it wasn?t done. A few minutes later, she says ?are you number 501??And I said yes. And she said ?oh you?re order is ready?. It had literally been done since the other girl left and she didn?teven have the common decency to tell me my order was done after I waited 30 mins. All because she was mad she had to make somechicken at DINNER TIME. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady at the front counter was very nice. Omg. Most disgusting RF store I?ve EVER been in. bathrooms are filthy too. No soap, hand dryer doesn?t work. Sink has sone kind... of nasty sludge built up in it. Corporate seriously needs to check on management in this store. Read more
When I walked in I noticed 2 employees standing around the coffee bar and 1 at the registers. Ok, fine. They weren't busy. As I... came back through all of the employees were now gathered. When I went to checkout the gal at the register was eating so I wentto her register expecting to ring me out. She then directed me to self checkout. At what point did customer service not remain apriority? Literally every paid employee was standing around and the cashier was eating and I'm still expected to ring myselfout. If I could do a negative review I would. The staff was rude. The quality of food was absolutely terrible. They had no managers... on staff. Everything was completely messed up beyond repair. The people working in the kitchen were beyond unsanitary anddisgusting. Literally a disgrace Read more
This store has become the worst Royal Farms I have ever been to. Very dirty! Employees are okay but it's more the dirty store... and people that hang around the store. Strangers just come to you and ask for a ride or money. Every single time I go to thisstore somebody comes and knocks on my window. People just stand outside the store all hours just to ask for something. I try toavoid this store as much as possible. Read more
Recently quit working here, won't eat or drink anything that is prepared here, unless it's prepackaged from a manufacturer, and... the expiration date is verified. Many promises of raises and promotion, along with promises or back pay were made and notfollowed through, complaints the corporate were sent do the district leaders which in turn simply told the store leaders andnothing was ever done. You are expected to do tasks that are not in your job description, everyone is on everyone's register, sothings tend to be "swept" under the rug. Myself included 4 3 core. Overnight people have quit in the last month. Read more
